Horrible. I ordered a drink, and they gave it out to some random person because they made a "mistake", but still, that was the drink I paid for in the FIRST PLACE. So NO RANDOM PERSON should get a free drink after someone else paid for it . I all I waited almost 30 minutes for my drink. Absolutely ridiculous and not okay.

I like the environment and the staff here. A great place to get some work done. Plenty of seating. But the management seems to be extremely cheap. Examples: they use only 1 tea bag for large tea, while other Caribou locations use 2 for a large tea. Also, they charge extra for milk substitutes in certain tea lattes, but these are included in the drink recipes at other locations for no extra cost. Compared to other Caribou's in the area, they fall short. Not sure why these things aren't standard across all Caribous.

We went through drive thru today and I got tea for me. My little dog (after a stressful vet visit) received a pup cup with a milk bone biscuit in it. Thank you! She just loved it!

Friendly staff but didn't blend our drinks well enough. We bought a blended turtle mocha cooler and a blended pina colada mocktail and they were both filled halfway up with big chunky ice and the other half was very watery. I've never had a turtle mocha cooler be like that before. Won't be going back. Please choose the other caribou in town.

My absolute favorite coffee place! The Caribou on Gateway is perfect. The staff is so kind and we make sure to tip them often. I go here almost everyday and everytime I order for pickup they are ready to go! 10/10 would recommend

I have been here 4 times now and ordered the same nitros that I have ordered in the location by Chaska-Target. This location made the nitros really lame, no volume/body to the nitro, no flavor, each time. It's like they're using a totally different recipe! Absolutely disappointing, not to mention waste of money. The servers were always friendly though and I am glad to even have a Caribou at this location, hence gave this location 2 stars!

There is a 50/50 chance that your order will be completely wrong at this Caribou. The girls that work there never seem to listen to your order as well as they never repeat it back to you to make sure its right. Its kind of incredible for the past year that I've been going here that they are still incompetent of decent customer service. My order is not complicated; how do you make a black coffee wrong? Simple: don't give a duce about your job.

The staff at this location was incredibly rude when i called and asked to get my drink remade or points to my account after receiving a burnt coffee they all had an attitude throughout the entire process even when they remade it the taste was awful. Definitely need to look into their customer service at this location.

Updating my review: I love the matcha cooler with the Bubbles and I come back to this store regularly and I have been using my perks member all the time and I am not getting my rewards. And today again I went to the store and had an offer of purchase two drinks and get a dollar off and asked to use that they didn’t use it and chargers me the total amount and I said no whip cream and I get the coffee with the whip.. really disappointed with this store..
