Caribou Coffee

Didn't receive what I ordered. Had to fix it at home.

EDIT: Caribou Coffee did follow up with me and it was a nice surprise. Big kudos for that. I tried this location again and the order did seem correct the 2nd time around.

I did not care for the Chai Latte Te Hot it was nasty tasting. I have ordered this drink before from same location ot was ok. Not this time.

Love this Caribou. They make great drinks, but don't go through the drive thru between 7 and 8 am during the week. You will sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Other than that, love this Caribou location.

The coffee is decent enough and the staff is quick and friendly. I have an issue with the perpetual requests for donations tho. Why not donate a portion of that $6 coffee I bought instead of asking for me to donate a $15 bag?

It actually discourages me from getting coffee in the mornings.

Everytime I go here (drive thru), the girls are all chatting up a storm about non work related things. I'm hardly greeted at the window due to the same blonde haired with glasses girl is mid sentence with a couple worker of hers. Let's say the coffee keeps me coming back, not the customer service.

Julie is the friendliest, nicest, funniest cashier. I love that lady. She is why I come back every week. She should get a raise. Just saying.

Horrible experience today. Waited 25 minutes in drive through line, then they gave me wrong order. That’s just not acceptable to wait that long to get some coffee!

5 Stars, all around! I travel from Red Wing, (to and) throughout the metro area for work, and this location, by far, is the friendliest, quickest, cleanest, and most convenient one!

Wonderful Caribou. Coffee is always great and the drive through morning lady is seriously the sweetest soul you will ever meet.
