Caribou Coffee

This is our stop on the way to anything when we are craving a good caffeine fix. They're generally pretty fast and always have great service. The inside is decorated well and has plenty of space for meeting friends/family or just creating an office for yourself on those days you need to get out of the house.

On Sunday afternoon I was in with my husband around 4:30. I ordered a vanilla Latte with oat milk and got a white chocolate vanilla mocha...had it corrected and ended up with regular milk instead of oat milk...regular milk makes my mouth and throat constrict, very disappointed to the lack of attention for a straightforward order.

I rarely leave reviews, but Julie (the woman with the pink hair) has consistently made my mornings better with her outstanding customer service and I needed to commend her and thank her. She seems to genuinely care about her customers and always takes the time to really listen to my order (always accurate). Thank you Julie for making my Monday (Tuesday, Wednesday....) mornings brighter! :)

I have witnessed another employee be very rude and condescending to her in the past, but Julie didn't react but returned this with kindness and poise and I truly respected her for it. Keep smiling, Julie - we (your customers) notice and appreciate you!

I come almost every Saturday morning with my 11 year old daughter and my 4 year old son. Mostly drive thru, but sometimes we go in. The staff is always incredibly friendly and kind. They go the extra mile every time and we always feel valued.

Very fast service. The girl with the pink hair should be a model for the rest of the employees. I drive past 2 other caribous to go to this one. This place is a step above the others. Fast and friendly 👌I would also like to include Brittany in this review, she is another excellent example of what friendly service is. I read some of the negative reviews on this place, and I really have a hard time believing it. I come here, almost every day. Including weekends. I can say with all honesty, that I have never had a negative response, ever, that is hundreds of visits. I don't know all of the employees names, but they have all treated me great. I have my favorites, but that is because I am greeted by name. I honestly drive past 2 other caribou to get to this one. They are by far the fastest, and most efficient. And every.

Great place for coffee and breakfast, inside of the building is very nice and great decorations, feels like home. Great service and nice and helpful employees. Food and drinks taste great, definitely a place to visit often. Seating ranges from couches to tables to even outdoor seating. Nice drive through and amazing menu.

I like the drive through at this location. The inside of the store is pretty small, but that's ok, it's usually not super busy, and for me I use this location just for the drive through, really! Friendly staff last time I was there, and the drinks are as good as any other location.

You almost got my favorite drink right, Bou..almost..I'm still not, and never will be a huge fan of your CASHeirs prepping something for my consumption. Cash is one of the dirtiest things in the universe, Bou Bou
I just remember years ago when I was a cashier, the unimaginable number of places I would see people pull money from on their person, was a bit mortifying. Sometimes it was moist with an unknown substance...but it's legal tender for all debts public and private. So refuse it? You can't. Accept it? You must.
I can't single you out Bou, because you have the standard practices my other Bou's have. You don't want to touch my credit card, but you accept cash in your bare hands and then put a lid on my drink, or you hold the top in someway as you put it in my drink holder or the "drink tray bin thing" you've been using.
Hey, Im hardest on those I love. That's why I can't see you under these conditions Bou Bou. But I miss you and I want to start seeing you again. It's just stressful in this climate and your not helping.
So get it together for me and take care of all of that dirty germy nonsense or figure out a better way. You know better than that. In fact we never would have even met if you weren't cleaner in practice than you have been. Ask me if you need help. I will help you.

My favorite caribou ever! Such nice staff and the coffee and drinks are always Amazing. Literally drive extra miles to go to this one instead of the one by my house. The lady with the pink hair is such a light at this store.

Well I thought since we were up early that we should treat ourselves to something special. This experience wasn’t not the best. The lady at the drive through gave us our drinks then tried to push us on our way. I had to remind her to give us straws. That didn’t bother me as much as she pushed us on our way AGAIN. Almost to our destination and I realized that she didn’t even give us our bagel we had ordered. So we turned around to get it, it was smashed and not even an appealing bagel. Will not be going to this Caribou again.
