The girls behind the counter at this location care more about chit-chatting with each other than making the drinks or taking orders. Everytime I go they have no idea what they're doing. They need to get it together.

I've never had a bad experience here. The drive thru was long, but the staff are friendly and keep it moving at a decent pace. It's always great to get Caribou! I recommend stopping here to see the friendly people and delicious beverages.

2 stars because I'm sure the food and coffee is great and would have tasted good but I went in here and was hoping to get a sandwich without cheese (issues with dairy) and the employee at the register was COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL. I was told there was nothing I could eat besides a plain bagel (I understand that this is one singular option but y'all know what it's like when you want to eat more than just a bagel). I was very irritated and disappointed and left with nothing at all. Based off this experience, I would not return to this location. P.s. I stopped here because I have eaten at an Einstein Bros. Bagel in the past and it was no problem to take the cheese off my sandwich at that different location.

It is outrageous that the building says Einstein bagels and that you don't honor the deals in their app, or their coupons, etc. If you are "separating" then do it, but stop misleading customers for 2 1/2 years... Or just honor the offers. Feels (Is) very bait & switch. When I am in your store or DT, it would also be nice to hear the management being better to staff. I think I will take my business to another business. Sorry baristas, but your bosses have made this happen to you. My $5 tips will still be given, but to the baristas at the other giant coffee retailer in town.

Inside closed. Understand that with covid. Asked for 2 doz assorted bagels and 1 separate in a different bag. Was asked to pull ahead (which was no problem);kid came out with 2 large bags and 4 toppings. I asked where my separate bagel was. He said in bag.... Hmmm.... I got 20 bagels and not my other one. Didn't find this until I got to my destination.... Not impressed.

I don't care for their credit card holder. Asking if you want to tip is the only reason it's still used. I pay about 20% more for the same drink than a year ago. Your new starting wages are in you. They make enough for the level of work they do. Stop asking for more

I stopped into this location Sunday night around 5:40pm. There was only 2 other people in the entire store, and both had their coffee already. After I walked in, I stood in by the checkout for a good 5 minutes before any acknowledged me. Finally, I saw a girl moving slowly from the back of the store (where I assume there is a place to hang out for employees) to make her way to take my order. My order was simple: 1/2 dozen bagels - I didn't need any cream cheese and I didn't want my bagels cut either. After the girl took my order, she stared at me blankly and said "we're all good" and I was confused, because she wasn't reaching 2 feet behind her to take 20 seconds to bag up my bagels. Instead, she told me: "She'll put your bagels on the counter when they are ready" referring to some other employee. I then continued to wait to my bagels. The girl who took my order did place 1 single other order while I was waiting for my bagels. The order placed behind me both had their iced coffees before anyone seemed to be working on my bagel order. By the time I got my bagels, it had been a total of 15 minutes (reminder that I was basically the only person in the store at this point). 15 minutes to grab 6 bagels and put them in a bag. It was incredibly frustrating to say the least. I did notice a girl that was working the drive through orders. That particular employee was working her tail off. I easily watched her make 7 or 8 coffee drinks while I was waiting. I want to be specific in case the store manager reads these reviews. This was at 5:40pm on Sunday, September 8th. There seemed to be about 4-5 employees working. I will be avoiding coming back to this location.

We were visiting family and I was so excited to see a caribou. Let me say best vanilla white mocha I have had in a long time! Super nice young lady taking our order too. Keep up the excellent work

Caribou and Einstein are a brilliant and natural combination. I'll take Caribou over the other mainstream coffee place all day. Coffee is always fantastic. The breakfast sandwiches are spot in as well. It's always a treat getting to stop here.

It's Caribou so of course It's yummy. The staff was friendly and understanding as my kiddos were struggling. I appreciated them.
