Caribou Coffee

I tried the new waffle sandwich, it's very good. This particular Coffee & Bagel is outstanding. Best service, fabulous product selection, amazing quality, and welcoming atmosphere. I'll returning and be a repeat customer.

Service is friendly, but service speed depends on the day. Food tends to be bland and cream cheese is way to cold to spread. Place does have nice atmosphere and their coolers are awesome.

Good coffee, price could be better

Me and my father in law always get our coffee here. The crew knows us for our extra marshmallows on our campfire mochas. They're always great and usually give fast service. The muffins are fantastic imo. :)

The lady who took our order was really nice! She helped us decide what cream cheese to get on our bagels and when she saw we had our dog in the car with us she offered us a “pup cup” which our dog LOVED.

Ah so nice to be in Caribou coffee country again after living in the world of Star$$$$'s for so long. Ok, I've always been a fan of CC and was looking forward to my first visit in a really long time as I've just moved to the area. I must say I was rather disappointed in the service. Cashier was chatting away with a customer/friend which is fine if you don't have three people in line waiting for a caffeine fix. I was awakened by the sound be of "Next" and immediately ordered a large hot coffee and the response was "oh we're sorry b it we are out of hot coffee but we can make some if you would like to wait. I wanted my CC so I agreed to wait and paid for it. Grab a paper and go sit by the fake fireplace, some time goes by and I keep glancing up to catch the eye of the associate and see saw me twice so I figured the coffee is still being, transported, roasted, ground and brewed. Finished the paper, went up to see what the delay was about only to be greeted by a "your coffee is over there", I said thank you, grabbed my coffee, got in the car and got my first time ever sip of not-so-hot Caribou Coffee as it must've been sitting awhile at the ready counter. I actually saved it till I got home and nuked it for a delightful cup of coffee so while the product still taste great I have many misgivings about the service at this particular location.

I have an employee specific review for a Brianna Z according to my receipt 😊 I stopped in the morning of 1/11 and the place was very busy. I’ve had a cold with an annoying cough for the last two weeks. I was at the far end of the counter waiting for my order and started coughing. I did my best to hold back and cough in to my coat so as not to bother anyone. I didn’t want to ask for water either and disrupt the employees. Brianna must have noticed and she got a glass of water and a straw and put it on the counter near me without saying anything. It was such a small act but meant the world to me because she helped me without being asked and without making me feel embarrassed. Thank you so much for the great service Brianna! You made my day!

Great place GREAT FOOD and Product...TERRIBLE WIFI.
I work in IT and rely on reliable public wifi. This places wireless is a joke. The backend is provided by a shared verizon LTE... AVOID this location if you need to "work" and enjoy coffee. This is just a socialize/drive thru/takeout spot ONLY. I actually use my phones hotspot here because its 10 times as fast even when there are no customers due to covid and having to dine outside.

Fix the wireless provider and you have the entire experience down.
