Northwoods Cafe

Wonderful wonderful wonderful. Service, food, and price. Don’t think you can beat this cafe. We were driving through from Wisconsin back to North Dakota. Looked through the local restaurants and reviews. This place even exceeded the excellent reviews. Our teenage boys were wondering where in the world we were going as we drove past all the normal chains to a residential area then pulled up to this little cafe. Everyone was impressed with the menu, service, and food, and everyone was stuffed by the time we left which is not a small success with 4 teenage boys! Thank you for a wonderful family meal!

Be aware they only accept cash here. An endless cup of coffee and a server that was warm and entertaining. Only opened for breakfast and lunch.

With the rising costs of dining out, this place has value written all over it! Adorable, classic, vintage cafe with HUGE portions, and many meals less than $10.00. The breakfast was delicious with leftovers to spare.

Nice find. Smaller seat your self diner. Great prices. We got there toward the end of the lunch rush and had quick service. Al day breakfast - my wife and I had omelets.

We are from South Dakota and come to visit our son and family at Lake Geneva. The owner takes orders and is an excellent waitress. We have eaten here several times and give this wonderful establishment 5 stars. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very homey and inviting. We will be back! Gary & Kay Ann
