Used to hit this place more often on my lunch along with a snack from the co-op .. the coffee is pretty good along with the beans they sell in house. Service also tends to be pretty fast. Offers both indoor and out door seating.

speaking of outdoor once you got your coffee swing next door to the bee garden and see nature at work while sipping on a fine cup of joe.

I went to the Liberty street location. Beautiful space in an historic building! The guy behind the counter was Quinten and he brewed me a perfect green tea. I will be returning frequently. As an added bonus it’s right across the alleyway from the best bookstore in town!

Everything we got was so delicious! We had the everything belay, a breakfast bread, a lemon-lavender bar, cold brew & a couple lattes. Recommend trying literally anything & you won't be disappointed!

Best coffee in metro Detroit, period. I travel here from over a half hour away and it's always worth it. They always have something new to try and when I can't make it there my online orders almost always make it to me the next day.

I started ordering beans from Hyperion a couple of months ago. I was looking for a local coffee roaster that delivers a quality product and in a timely fashion. Hyperion has exceeded my expectations several times. They ship within the next business day and I typically have my order in my hands within 2-3 days from when I ordered. They take care in ensuring the order is accurate when they ship it which is visible on the packing slip. The coffee is great! I will definitely keep ordering my beans from Hyperion and hopefully one day will make it to Ypsi to check out the coffee shop in person.

Only negative is they don't serve flavored lattes, which is fine for me but can be a turn off for anyone who needs something more than milk and sugar in their coffee (hint: you dont need anything here! The coffee tastes amazing black!)

Such a disappointment from the ringing of our sale (2 of the 3 things were wrong) and we corrected it and no apologies were given.

My latte was good but not what I expected. My nitro coffee was all ice. For $15, we felt like it was such a disappointment. When we asked about the ice the staff told us it was nitro.

Staff was not friendly and the coffee was just such a missed opportunity for a great experience
