Biggby Coffee

I probably visit this Biggby location 2-3 times per week. Every single time I have an excellent experience. The staff is so friendly, and my coffee is always made to perfection. This location is near my office, and is my favorite location to get coffee. This is the best Biggby!

The staff were very friendly!!! Wearing masks....and there was plexiglass when ordering and picking up....I also "changed" my order during the small wait for my latte...they were very friendly and helpful with my "change"....I had ordered a sugar free Carmel Marvel....but while waiting realized they have a sugar free Mocha syrup also.....so I asked if they could add it....no problem at all!!!! My latte was one of the most delicious caffeine boosts I've had in a while!!! I didn't even have to feel guilty about it because sugar isn't great for my health....they understood and helped me!!!! I will definately be back to this Biggby!!! If you're in need of some caffeine I'm sure they will help you like they helped me!!!!

Quick service and friendly staff. My morning coffee stop!

The staff are nice and they keep the place super clean. Since reopening, I've gone to several coffee shops to work. This is the only coffee shop that I've seen that continuously cleans and sanitizes EVERYTHING frequently. Yesterday I went to another popular coffee place in Ypsi, which during the 3 hours I sat there not once did the staff clean the tables after patrons used them. In these times its a risk to go outside, but I feel safe drinking coffee at this Biggby location.

I have never had anything short of solid customer service, the owner has always been polite and remembered me. The drinks have always been prepared quickly and I don't think they've ever gotten my order wrong.

The place could do with a couple more power outlets, but that's only because there are always a good number of people hanging out, not the business' fault, in theory they have more than enough.

I love coffee. I frequent several local coffee shops to keep my coffee cup filled. This is one of my favorites. The staff are so friendly. The coffee is so, so good. I tend to keep my coffee simple. I love "free shot friday" to add a shot of espresso to my coffee. In the summertime, their cold brew is so tasty. All of their mixed drinks that I've tried are super tasty. Stop in and have a cup!

First and foremost - this place isn't Starbucks so it gets instant points. Like instant and definitive points for simply being a simple local chain instead of a corporate juggernaut with a guilt complex. Stopped in close to closing on a Friday and the staff was super accommodating plus friendly despite being close to closing. The young ladies working there took great care of us and provided great service. They even let us pick the trivia question for the next say. Answer - goat's milk.

Thee BEST place for Bigby coffee! They never disappoint. Coffee is on point every time, and they are so kind! I only wished they stayed open longer for night shift nurses!
