Biggby Coffee

I really enjoy their specials, especially free shot Friday! Their coffee is already robust but The extra shot is awesome. The location/parking lot is a bit tight to maneuver into but lots of places off of Washtenaw Ave are like that.

I love Biggby and this location . Staff are usually nice though today was not the case. Once my order was ready I went up to grab it and I was told very rudely that this was not my order and it was the other person who just ordered. Mind you I was waiting for 10 mins. I replied nicely stating this was my exact order and had been waiting, this had to be mine. Staff ignored me and proceeded to make other orders. I believe this staff member was being trained today and I took it into consideration she was overwhelmed. Though I was left standing there confused. Thankfully another staff member confirmed it was mine after I was blatantly ignored. I proceeded to ask for a straw, I had to ask MULTIPLE times as she kept ignoring me. Once again I was not acknowledged until the other staff had to step in and ask that she give me a straw.
I was confused by the whole situation and do not understand why I was not being acknowledged as a customer. I typically love this location, hope this doesn’t happen again.

As a college student coffee is always essential and this biggby is located conveniently right next to EMU’s campus. The staff are always nice and welcoming and the drinks are great. I have been coming here a couple times a week for over a year no and have never had any issues!

I visit the biggy coffee on Washtenaw maybe every two days. they’re always on top of it. I do not remember her name and I’m sorry for that. She has blonde hair and she’s always working the cashier. She is phenomenal. She is so sweet always welcoming has great drinks suggestions? I just can’t say enough about her. She makes the whole place light up And I wish that everybody had employees like that because it would make getting up early in the morning and going to work so much better so thank you strawberry boba with sweet cream

I had such a great, pleasant encounter today at this location. It felt happy and personal, and the barista asked if I wanted sweet foam on my laté, just as a recommendation. 100/10

This coffee shop is a community blessing. They are so supportive and inclusive and the vibe is so welcoming all the time. I have studied my way through 2 degrees at this place. I love the people and the service they provide, not just for coffee but the love they put in the community. Thanks everyone!!

Good coffee, but our experience was limited because there was no diaper changing station in either bathroom. It would be great if they put one in for customers who have families!

Wonderful place to grab a quick coffee! Hardly no wait ever! Also fun place to come grab coffee and relax at!

Biggby has the best coffee. The coffee is always fresh and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They also make smoothies, have other drinks, and have some food choices.

Biggby gave me quick service with a yummy sandwich and a quality latte!
