BIGGBY COFFEE

These baristas take care of me and my mother on a daily basis. We come in almost every day and order the white lightning. So delicious and I always tip them because they basically know me and my order by now. I look forward to seeing them each day and chatting it up at the window. Clean environment and super friendly staff. I love you guy's!!!

I came in after 6pm on Friday the 24th of Jan. The two ladies who were working were very nice, supportive and very informative. I come in only once a year to get my Mellow Hot chocolate and I asked them about the big giant containers of the syrup of Mellow and they informed me the price and it was way better than I expected it to be. I cannot remember remember their names, but I will say they are the best! I will definitely come back in and hopefully get more of my favorite hot chocolate! It is the only hot chocolate I am able to drink straight without adding a whole ton of sugar.

To those who are first time going to this location, they are friendly and fast! I hear nothing but great things and I have also experienced it for myself. They are amazing

Struggled to understand our order in drive thru, then we get to window and had our order confirmed again and were asked if wanted to tip on our card I've never been asked this before here but sure of course were always generous with tipping. We get our order and my boyfriends was supposed to be frozen its iced and both of ours have no flavor🤦‍♀️ just bummed. Not worth the money and the tip.

Really love the coffee here. Amazing workers that are always friendly and constantly have a good attitude. So glad they put up a non smoking sign for the drive thru because i was getting tired of being stuck behind someone that was smoking. I am asthmatic and have difficulty breathing if I smell the fumes, so im so glad they did that. Thank you so much biggby!!

My favorite biggby location by far!! The employees always great you with a warm, friendly smile, it's never a "hi!, bye!" Type of transaction! Also, they always have the best coffee! I always order the same drink, but it varies in taste depending on the location, unfortunately. But I don't have that problem here! No matter what I always get what I order, and it always tastes the same, and it always tastes great!!

I absolutely adore all the workers at this Biggby! They are always so polite and friendly! I'm super happy that they put up the signs for no smoking at the drive thru windows, as I'm constantly exhausted of being stuck behind someone who smokes as I am highly asthmatic and couldn't bear it. Keep up the great work!

We come here every day. But today, we arrived at 6:10 and ordered, the girl at the speaker told us they already cleaned everything. We asked if they closed at 7 (they do, we come here every day.) And she didn't answer us. This is one of the better biggby coffees we've been to, it's close to our home and like I said, we come here every day. But, we're going to find a different coffee shop to go to. Not sorry, biggby👎

My favorite location, always treated wonderful, they even treat my pup like a customer and have always gotten me and him our orders quick and perfect. Want a great drink? This location knows how to make them right!

I very much enjoy Biggby, but every time we go to Waterford location we leave very disappointed. I get the same drink every time and it never tastes the same from this location. Today I ordered the same exact drink for both my mom and I, they both tasted completely different and neither of which tasted like how it normally tastes.

To add to it they didn't give us one of our drinks. They read back our order which included all 7 drinks, and everything was right and paid for. I guess it's part my fault bc didn't pay attention when getting the drinks at the window and we did not realize until we got home and passed drinks out (which is 20minutes away). I called and they seemed very uninterested in the fact that they missed one of the drinks or the fact that I have to drive 20minutes back to get it. I was given a very bland apology and said "well if you want to come get it we will have it for you". We'll, of course I would like what I paid for and I don't necessarily expect anything for free, but I did expect somewhat of a genuine customer service response to a mistake that was made with our order.

As someome who has worked in the customer service industry for a long time I try to give as much understanding as possible, but I have been disappointed for the last time by the Waterford location.

This bigbby has gone down hill I've been coming here for about 5 years and since the new owner took over i have been disappointed over and over again. My iced butter bear is never consistent, espresso grounds floating in my drink, no flavor although i pay for extra. The staff is always friendly but they obviously have no clue how to make good coffee probably because the owner herself has no clue. Unfortunately i don't think i will be returning sad for them as i am there paying 7 to 20 a day.. If i could give 0 stars i would.. If you are a Bigbby fan like me don't waste your money at this location you will be sadly disappointed 😥
