BIGGBY COFFEE

I come here literally almost every day in the afternoons as I work midnights & require multiple caffeinated beverages to make it through the night; not to mention I come in on my days off too..I have a problem. They are so nice every single time. I come here so often they recognize me and probably have my order memorized lol the girls even say hi to my toddler in the back seat. I go out of my way to come to this location because I know I won't be disappointed.

I honestly just felt the need to come on here and give props to whoever the hiring manager is at this location. The employees here are nothing short of exceptional. I've never come in contact with one who was not friendly and personable. Even if the coffee was sub-par (which it's not) the way they treat their customers makes stopping worth it. And no, I don't work there or have any connections...just honestly have always been so impressed I had to review!

So I came here for a free latte on my birthday today. I pulled up to the drive through and asked if they were still doing this promotion. The woman I spoke with said I could only get it with my rewards so I proceeded to try and sign up for the rewards. I ordered my first drink and tried to ask questions about the rewards because I wasn't quite sure what to do. The entire interaction was unpleasant. The girl, Lexi, had a very exasperated tone. I understand that they were busy, and I'm sure she was stressed but the behavior was uncalled for. The young man who handed me my drinks was quite sweet.
I did not end up getting the birthday reward figured out and just paid for my drinks and left.

I really enjoy Biggby coffee, especially this location. The staff is kind and very friendly. My only complaint is that my orders have gotten mixed up recently. Everything still tasted wonderful though it wasn’t what I ordered. Will definitely be returning soon!

I come here literally all the time for breakfast for my coworkers and i on my way to work and I’ve never had an issue until today. I ordered 2 sausage and egg bagels, was charged for both, got to the window and the lady asked me if I had two egg and cheese. I said, with sausage? And she hesitated before saying yes. I really should have probably known to check my bag at that point but I was in a hurry. I’m not necessarily mad about the mix up because accidents happen, but I clarified they were with sausage 3 times during my visit, and her hesitation makes me think she knew and instead of fixing her mistake simply didn’t care. Mildly disappointed and this makes me look forward to the new location in White Lake. Now I’m stuck with two sandwiches the co-workers I bought them for don’t want and 8$ down the drain. :/

My regular drink is consistently being messed up lately. Either it doesn't taste right or it just isn't blended well. It's a shame because this has been my biggby for years. I see new staff every time I go now which is less and less.

I’ll stop here on my way into work in the afternoons and have always had fast service. Good coffee and I really like the Red Bull crème freeze.

Mint Mocha Frozen with extra Mint. Perfect drink.. On a serious note Biggby Coffee is amazing every drink i’ve had is really good. Staff is super nice whether you order through the drive through or inside. if they make a mistake (were only human) they are quick to correct it in a professional manor. Kudos

Went in this place about 15mins ago. I didn't feel very welcomed. The two employees we're snickering behind the counter while me and my daughter we're looking at the menu. I've been here a total of 2 times for this very reason. I thought since my husband was getting his hair cut I'd give them another shot. Honestly the drinks are good but for less money and better service I could of gone to Starbucks. I was pretty disappointed I feel more welcome at my neighborhood McDonald's.
