Slow very wait 15 minutes only to get the wrong thing. This is the 5th it’s happened. Will no longer be going there. 2 drinks came to $13. Only to be wrong

Since I cant add another review I will edit my one from last year! I cant say enough about your staff and drinks. My family goes about once a week (at least) and I get tired of the order board. Your baristas are so awesome at making new recommendations. This morning we decided a redeye with 3 cream and some rasleberey chocolate. Holy cow mind blown!!! Lol one day I had a sore throat the girl recommended a peppermint tea with some vanilla. I truley cant tell you how much I love the staff. They dont rush you, always pleasant and so helpful. Thank you so much again!!!

After today biggby will no longer be getting my business. I watch an employee verbally attack a customer for expressing a few concerns. Worst customer service I have ever seen and this isn't the first time. I watched this woman leave in tears with her 2 children. I thought when it comes to customer service that the customer is always right? Well at least that's what I was always taught when I worked in that line of business. Never again will I go back to a place where they treat their customer's with such disrespect.

Always slowwwww but the convenience of the drive-thru is nice. Drinks are just ok... Definitely better off going in meijer to get something from starbucks.

A great coffee shop, with great staff! I also really enjoyed that they had multiple non-dairy milk options.

Carol, what record ? We are all entitled to OUR own opinions? I felt on several occasions I was treated poorly by this certain individual. I never once said she was anything just how I FELT. So please tell me what a professional manner is I'd love to know because at the drive thru with all 3 of my children with me and talking about drugs in front of them seems so professional ? Also accused of complaining about drinks is not true,however if they dont make it right they can make it again. I worked there and know what is what burnt milk and another time no syrup was added in our red bull freeze . I have never asked for a free drink and I tip at least 3 dollars everytime I am there. And your also accusing me of writing reviews under another name also not true. If I'm paying almost 7 dollars and 3 a tip I expect my drink made right. Everytime its wrong Kayla just wants to argue dont matter if customers are around or children. To be accused of lying to get free drinks is insulting because I've been a loyal customer and pay your girls a good tip. I know I would never expect to be confronted and feel attacked in FRONT of my children and your daughter rub it in my face that ya know she's your daughter you know the owners daughter and to stereotype addicts.

Brought an issue to a Barista and the owners daughter Kayla attacked me verbally in front of my children. She accused me of constantly calling and complaining about my drinks to get free ones. Which I have told them when a drink isn't made right I pay almost 7 dollars and i tip each Barista at least a dollar. So yeah I want my drink made right and I also don't want to be talked down apon. Kayla the manager also said "no more freebies, I'm just the messenger ya know my mom ya know the owner said that". She told me I always complain and how everyone talks about it. She said I accused someone of being on drugs when I didn't, she said that coast guards and wives of them couldn't be addicted to drugs. I love there coffee but I'll never go back I worked for Carol and was constantly harassed about my beliefs in God she always would put her hands on me and pray, I quit after Kayla flipped out on me about not talking to customers,the night before I had got beat up by a Male and he mangled my face so I couldn't talk without ripping stitches in my mouth and Kayla Malport flipped screaming in front of customers telling me to go clock out and be a cry baby. I'm done with that place

The beverages were great, hours are not ideal and some workers at your sault MI store are nor people who should work in social situations

Quick and friendly service, the breakfast bagel and coffee was delicious as usual.

Good coffee; nice selection of bagels and cakes. High staff turnover; novice baristas frequently make mistakes.
