Biggby Coffee

I come here all the time with my sister. We ALWAYS go through the drive thru because we have a busy schedule. We go 5 days a week. Unfortunately last week we went and they messed up on our order three days in a row. 3. Our order was very clear :insert flavor: ICED LATE W/ WHIP they always get the flavor right but the most stressful mistake was giving us two hot Lates. I still love this place. The coffee is amazing but please, it's $7 a cup please take the time to read the order properly 🙏💖

If this review would have been a couple of years ago it would have been 5* but the last 6 times I have gone to get a coffee I have had to wait at least 10 minutes each time... With only one person in front of me. I hear that they are have a staffing shortage so maybe that is always the issue. But when in a hurry this is not the place to go.

Barista were very pleasant, my drinks were delicious! I got mint and marshmallow frozen coffee. Customer service was excellent. The barista immediately took our order, we watched her prep it, it looked beautiful. My iced coffee was strong with bold flavors. They had drive thru, but I did not use we went inside. The menu had a lot of options, frappes, coffees, teas, plus add on; they also had breakfast items like muffins and bagels. The barista seemed knowledgeable and willing to accommodate add ons and small changes to our drinks; she was polite and provide interesting conversations as we waited for our drinks. The facility was very clean, except for a few flies that were the result of the back door being open for a delivery. I did not see a bathroom. I would go again.

Every time I come through drive-thru they NEVER put a sleeve on the cup. How do they expect people to drink a coffee while driving if it’s burning their hands?

Biggby, this is the reason they make these sleeves. Stop being cheap and trying to save money. When I’m paying. 6.50 for a coffee, the least you can do is hand it to me with a sleeve.

Please do not respond with a boiler plate response about people not wanting them, or saving money to keep costs down, etc……franchise owners make a bundle at that price point. Biggby is NOT hurting for money.

Stopped for a coffee on my way out of town and was surprised when she said the coffee was free. The customer ahead had paid for me, so I paid it forward to the customer behind. They have a great variety of beverages!

Wow! This place is great, awsome baristas, awsome coffee and awsome food. I will definitely keep coming back here for my coffee☕️🍵🍩🔥💨

Fav coffee place. Good stuff!! My only gripe is that it takes FOREVER going through the drive thru. I watched 2 cars drive off that were in line. No matter the time of day, expect to wait at least 20 minutes if there's more than 3-4 cars. Ridiculous.

Stopped in to get a warm drink and use their wifi and enjoyed a tea latte with honey and cinnamon in it. The atmosphere was comfortable and since it was fairly late in the evening, it was empty besides us. The drink was good, the wifi worked, and it was quiet. Not much more you can ask for from a coffee shop.

I dont know if they need more staff or if they need to stop selling sandwiches but either way we waited in line for better than 20 min for a coffee !! 3 cars ahead of us all got sandwiches.
Coffee was good, girl at the register was nice and professional.

I love going here regularly, but sometimes there is staff I don't care to see here. A employee tried to claim she couldn't ring up to bogo coupons when we had done it many times before. Plus the one time there was another employee there that messed up my drink not once but twice. Wait times are usually short unless there are a lot of people and there is a lot of ways for you to order your coffee. They also have the options of almond, soy, and coconut milk for your coffee.
