The morning staff and Manager(I’d name drop if I found it appropriate) are incredibly sweet! The drive thru is very busy in the mornings for a reason so bear with it, they’re only human. don't come here expecting fast service especially with the tall guy working. 10 minute wait on a single coffee drink with no one in the building or drive through except for me.

Stopped in for morning coffee got a Red Bull brain freeze. The lady that helped me was very friendly and accommodating. If your in the area check it out.

Horrible service in the drive thru. I wanted to order a frozen drink with dairy free milk but the woman helping me said they don’t use milk they use “tonic”.

I asked what tonic was and she said she didn’t know because she just works there. I asked if she could tell me the ingredients and she said she doesn’t know because she just works there. Isn’t that her job….?

She told me again when I got my drinks that she just doesn’t know. She said she had access to the ingredients list but never offered to check for me. It seemed like she was just too lazy to offer good customer service. So disappointing.

Young, red headed girl with tattoos. Avoid her if you have any questions beyond a normal order because she “just works there”.

Waited 35 mins for a coffee. They gave me the wrong drink after repeating it 3 times when I ordered it. Was late to work and couldn’t wait to have them fix it. Much quicker to go to Starbucks and actually get the right order.

If I order a drink that has a zero sugar redbull in it, I shouldn’t hear the people making my drink mention how gross it is and make gagging sounds at it with me across the counter.

My daughter and I went to Biggby Coffee today at 11:45 …..we were VERY disappointed !!For some reason….we waited 25-30 minutes for 2 coffee’s…. For such a wait I feel they should have compensated us to some degree.. and there were cars behind us,, BAD SERVICE !

I needed a place to hang out while my pet was undergoing surgery, I'm from across the river, I explained to them I was going to be hanging out for a bit as I had no where else to go - the ladies were super nice about it and totally understood the situation.

..not to mention the latte and bagel I got was dynamite! But the service was exceptional!!

I love getting the Bogo coupons in the mail and going and getting the strawberry/banana freeze. Made with real fruit and red bull to put a pep in you're step for the day!

THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VARIETAL AND FLAVOR! It’s not hard. I choose to spend 5$ for your coffee. The least you can do is make it right! If I want flavor. I’ll ask
