Bubble Tea Brewhouse

Okay so this is the cutest and sweetest shop I have ever visited with the stickers, figurines and plushies with the most amazing delicious bubble tea and bubbles I have ever had all for amazing prices I am so very glad I was shown this shop!!! Everyone has to go!!!!

Owner is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and genuine! It was our first time getting bubble tea..I didn't even know you could get it hot! He let us try samples and explained the menu and even though its a bit of a drive for us, IT IS WORTH IT! If you pass it by you are missing out!!

My daughter and I were out school shopping when we noticed this shop. I enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee and my daughter enjoyed her first flavored bubble tea. The service was wonderful and the lady was very helpful with picking out flavors for my daughter.

*** I originally rated this business as a 3, but decided to change my rating to a 4 because I know owning a business is challenging and I was sure the owner was giving his all. After his response, however, it's very apparent just how unprofessional and unwelcoming the owner is so I've changed my rating back to a 3.***

I've been here twice and thought my tea was fine both times. I would have given a higher rating, but both times I've been in, the owner has rushed me even though I was the only one in the shop. I would recommend he give people like myself a little time and space to decide on their own instead of making them feel like he needs to move on to another task or customer.

Just to mention... I'm not a part of the community that the owner feels has discriminated against him and his business. (See other reviews - he has a blood feud/turf war with the Asian community, I guess.)

...Although I appreciate the owner's speedy response to my review, it seems that he's not at all appreciative of feedback if it isn't 5 stars and doesn't understand that "great customer service" is decided by the customer rather than himself. The reason reviews are posted publicly is to not only inform businesses of their strengths and weaknesses, but also, and more primarily, to inform the potential and current customers they service. Another recommendation I would give the owner is to slow down when reading reviews that aren't perfect, take ownership of issues, be genuine in your plan to address them rather than making resolution the responsibility of your customer, and not become defensive. Having worked in customer service for 15 years, all feedback shoukd be a gift, even when we don't like it.

Thought this place was worth a try when I was shopping in the area. I tried the taro with tapioca pearls and it was the worst bubble tea I have ever tasted. The tea itself tasted like water with purple food coloring in it. When I was chewing on the tapioca, it was like rubber: tasted burnt and tough. If you love bubble tea or have never tried boba, there are much better options out there.

My daughter was giving the opportunity to work for this company this past weekend and she had so much fun. The owners wife was so accommodating and really taught my daughter new skills and responsibilities. She really enjoyed her self.

Probably the best location for a wide variety of bubble tea and boba in the area! Great staff, very quick service too! My boyfriend and I love coming here almost every week. I always recommend this place to anyone who wants to try or are looking for bubble tea.

Love bringing the kids in here. They love coming up and getting their bubble tea and we use it as a treat for the kiddos. Since mom loves bubble tea so do the children ❤️ Always friendly service and a good atmosphere. Thanks again

YES YES YES!!! Friendly staff and super yummy! I got the churro drink with vanilla poppers as they were out of chocolate and it was SOOOOO good!!!! I’ll definitely be back
