Bubble Tea Brewhouse

Found this gem Saturday. So many delicious flavors. New and fun things to try. Quick and friendly service. Will definitely be returning soon. 😋🥰 Drink menus is so much fun as you customize your own. Lots of macaroons and chocolate covered coffee beans and other delicious treats YUM!

I drive over a hour one way just to go here! The owners are amazing & the product is the best! I have a few bubble tea places wishing 15 mins of me that I won’t choose over them! And their lotus drinks are AMAZING! I made 2 stops there on Saturday tried 2 different kinds. So refreshing & no crash like with my other energy drinks. Mine & my moms favorite spot now!

Went to Bubble Tea Brewhouse for the first time today with 2 other people. This store is very cute and bright however, we were not greeted when we came in. We were given absolutely no guidance from the person taking our order.

As we ordered the second bubble tea, the other person working told us and the other girl working "I DON'T WANT TO MAKE THAT DRINK".

This is horrible customer service, especially for a new business.

This same employee then proceeded to make 1 drink wrong, had to remake it, and then was unable to use the machine to seal our drink so we were given 2 drinks with 1/2 of a seal and a dome lid.

As for the quality of our drinks, the first sip of my drink had burst bobba skins (YUCK) hardy any ice or unpopped bobba, not to mention whatever the "skins" were that were floating in my drink.

I was excited to have a bubble tea brewhouse in our area, but wouldn't recommend this store. They need more training.

Do NOT go here. The owners fired me for contracting Covid-19! Tried to get in touch with them multiple times and they read and ignored my messages every time. Even went into the shop with the promise of a schedule the following week, which they never did. I was never called back. If you are okay with owners doing this to their employees, then by all means. But I will never support businesses that treat their employees like this.

Incorrect. I DID stop in, I have multiple people who can vouch for this, and I spoke directly to Lisa. I have screen shots of multiple unanswered calls, texts, AND unanswered Facebook messages as a last resort. Trying to make yourself look better when I have proof is unacceptable. I messaged both Lisa and Richard directly through text, which of course went unanswered.

My family and I absolutely love this place!! Now my daughter asks to come every week 💗🧋🫖💗🥰

Awesome experience. Owner was very friendly and helpful! The bubble tea flavors are especially diverse, and taste amazing. I have had their tea many times, and continue to return. I definitely suggest anyone in Birch Run to stop by!

So glad to have a bubble tea spot in town! (Well, technically, I get bubble Sprite 😁)

I love stopping here every time I am in the area. They have tea and coffee but they also have many other drinks as well such as lemonade, slushies and smoothies. Everything tastes great. I recommend the Blue Lotus With cherry poppers for energy, it’s amazing! There is also a selection of imported Japanese candy and other treats!

Richard and Lisa are very friendly and always make me feel welcome. They always make good conversation and want to provide the best possible experience to everyone. I enjoy going here and will continue to recommend people looking for a quick drink to stop by and try it out. :)
