This place is FANTASTIC. what a great bubble tea place to have so close to home. Staff are super sweet, prices are great and there are lots of varieties 😍😍

Absolutely disgusting bubble tea. Wasn't even greeted when I came inside and 1 employee didn't even have mask on. Another was wearing hers but the other had it on her chin and took until I was about to leave to properly put it on. No gloves were worn on any of the employees and the one girl was putting her hand in my cup which is super unsanitary even of she was actually wearing gloves. The drink i got tasted like gross ice and nothing else. I asked for matcha and taro and it had absolutely no flavor. Most likely was expired matcha. It was also a bit overpriced along with their store items. I will never be returning here and I highly suggest you don't come either.

I simply love this place always have gotten amazing combinations and absolutely love the owners they are very kind and pleasant to be around

Never been here so I can't give my honest thoughts on it, but I can give my thoughts on their customer service based on how they respond to others reviews.

Now I did see a couple reviews that tried to state about people not greeting them. Doesn't always happen cause people might be busy, it happens.... get use to it.

At this time I can say that this place doesn't actually care for the customer or what they have to say.... or even their employees based on one of the reviews. One of your common lines to use is if they brought up their concerns, they could get it remade or a refund..... yet on multiple reviews they already mentioned about having to get their drink remade. 1 review you totally glossed over any concerns about your employees and put the blame mostly on the customer. Now, could that be the case? Possible. When replying did you know this at the time or are you just defending them since they are your employees no matter what?

If it is the latter then how can you not get in contact with your employees due to medical issues? You gave your other employees the benefit of the doubt for these reviews, but can't contact 1 employee to make sure they are fine or to make sure they have the schedule?

Honestly it seems the profit is what your concern is about, not the customer, not your employees, or even the state of who you hire. Cheapest workers and the ones that do it right just get shafted cause they might want more pay?

Wow… if I could give this place 27 stars, I would. The nice girl that took my order complimented my sweater. They have a cute tiger theme and right now they even have a tree set up for the lunar new year. SO HOLIDAY SO FUN. I love boba tea, but this place is so much more than just boba tea. I come back again and again for a 10/10 drink and a 100/10 experience!

Coming from past experiences with Grand Rapids Bubble Tea shops, I think our expectations were much too high. This place is very meh, nothing special about their menu, nothing made in house everything is premixed from powder in buckets on a shelf, bobas are fine, poppers are terrible, and definitely not an authentic bubble tea shop in anyway. We've given this place a few chances hoping it was a fluke but each time have been less than impressed with the service, although friendly they were extremely unorganized and it was pure chaos behind the counter. Also unimpressed that no matter the size of tea ordered you get the same amount of boba which is barely anything, and definitively not enough to make me want to spend 7 dollars for a drink. Final thing I have to say, please stop selling your expired or "close to dates" poppers by the bucket on the counter, gross, you're going to make someone sick and now I'm worried what's going in my drink if your okay with selling expired food to paying customers.

Excellent service, great drinks, friendly atmosphere. Who knew bubbly tea was so good! I think it's great when it's done by the bubble Tea brew house. My kids thought it was better then what they had at Disney. What a great little spot to grab a drink after a day of shopping. They had other beverages and an interesting assortment of food items from Japan for sale. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely phenomenal! All of our drinks tasted amazing, and customer service was fantastic! I’m not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed, so I ended up asking quite a few questions over their messenger, and the employee was very patient and helpful, and even wished me a happy birthday! Overall 10/10, would definitely recommend!

The best I've ever had! Is an understatement. We have tried bubble tea in many different places. We live in monroe Michigan and drive all the way to birch run just for the tea. Which is a 2 hour drive. If you haven't tried it you must. The staff are wonderful. And very helpful.
