Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea

The dine-in experience is very sweet, clean, and good ambience. I really love the totes the teas come in if you get take out. Service was nice too. Presentation gets a 5/5
The teas themselves were aromatic but flavorless... I feel like I could have just brewed it at home for the same taste quality.

Absolutely love Sweetwaters. It’s a great place to get some work done and to drink good coffee or tea.

New cafe chain. I like it better than Starbucks because they have better food and tea selection. And do sort of make the sandwiches in front of you instead of just putting it in the microwave like Starbucks.

Cons: Asia tea is meh, and sandwich is kind of small and expensive

Came in with my friend 9:45am Sunday. Waited 10 minutes to even be greeted despite 3 staff constantly moving directly in front of us. Once my friends order was taken and completed, quickly but the wrong drink mind you, I waited an additional 8 minutes then left. Nearly 20 minutes and my order was never taken. Do not visit such poor service establishment. My favorite coffee shop has one less staff and serves far more customers with fantastic customer service than this sad place.

Love coming here for a beverage and pretzel sandwich.

Great coffee shop and wonderful crew

I just found this GREAT coffee shop! Their cold brew is amazing and the fresh croissant sandwiches are DELICIOUS! I will be back!

One of our favorite places to stop when we’re in town! We absolutely love all the food and drinks we’ve tried, and the staff is always so welcoming and helpful when we come in. Definitely a place you need to try!

My boyfriend and I love this place, it’s definitely better than any other coffee shop in the area. We usually always have an amazing experience, however, there’s one staff member who’s consistently rude. I understand having a bad day every now and again, but every time we’ve been served by them we’ve left feeling a little let down. Other than that, Sweetwaters will always be our go-to coffee shop. Their drinks are original, their pastries are tasty, and the interior is gorgeous.

It is opened recently. I really like this place. Those drinks and pastries are pretty interesting and little high sugar. Such as nice staffs.
