Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea

This is a really good coffee place with ample seating, nice seasonal decorations and a variety of coffee options. I would recommend their pumpkin lattes for amazing taste and flavors. They also offer different breakfast and snack options to go along with the coffee.

Not at all worth the price! I ordered for the first time and it was definitely my last time. I was disappointed to say the least. I ordered a slice of the four layered red velvet cake, pictured on the app and it was not what I received. (It was two layers, not four as pictured.) For $7.35 for a slice, I expected what was pictured on the app.😔 I also ordered a breakfast biscuit with egg and cheese. I at least expected to get condiments like jelly in the bag but no. I wasn't impressed with the coffee and the tea was just okay. Not only was I shocked, some of my coworkers were shocked as well. Someone suggested that I call for a refund but I will chop it up to an experience and not order again. First impressions are important and presentation is very important when it comes to food.

I have been through the drive-through at this location five times. I do it because it’s convenient. It’s on my way to work and I do like the breakfast sandwich however, four out of the five times that I have been here there has been mistakes. I don’t know if something is wrong with their microphones but I always have to repeat my order twice and somehow it is still wrong. They have had to remake my sandwich twice and two other times forgot to put cream cheese on that I added and paid for, had also gotten my coffee order wrong. I gave it 5 try’s. I’m done. They don’t offer to make it up to you when they mess us. I wont be back.

Right when I walked in the staff greeted me and made me feel welcome. I didn’t know what I wanted and they helped make a recommendation for me and it was amazing.

I’ve been a few times now and the drinks are amazing - I personally recommend the Crème caramel and the dreamy!

There’s also some really interesting artwork on the wall that you can buy right there.

Overall, a really awesome spot that I come to every time I’m in the area.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I get my coffee here 4-5 time a week and usually dine-in and have been for over 1.5 years. I've never had any problems with the service or the food/drinks. I will work here and take work meeting 2 to 3 times a week it is very comfortable and convenient place for that.

Sweetwaters has a fantastic selection on drinks and treats! Service is fast, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming to all. I will definitely be back here soon! Thank you, Sweetwaters!

Alright sweetwaters. I like that it has a drive through but the seating options inside aren't very comfortable or inviting like the location on Plymouth rd

Really unique menu and a lot of good things for vegetarians. However they take a long time. Don't go if you are in a hurry.
