Always a favorite stop when visiting beautiful Manistique!

Fantastic choice for lunch! All four of us had a different sandwich, all of which were delicious. Cookies were also excellent. Service was above expectation - superb! Cute, cozy atmosphere. We'll definitely be back when we travel through again.

Since we are not familiar with the area, we are from Oregon, I did the infamous “Google search” and choose this place. Contrary to another review we found the prices very reasonable. They had quite a selection of sandwiches and a few salads and soups. I had the person waiting on me choose our meal cuz I just couldn’t decide since they all sounded good and interesting. We had a Ruben sandwich, chicken salad sandwich, cup Of Wisconsin Cheese soup, and Salted Caramel cheesecake. All of it was delicious and fresh tasting. If I understood correctly they bake all their bread and desserts and all of it sure was great. ALL of the staff we interacted with were very friendly and pleasant! We had our dog with us and we were able to sit out on the deck with her and enjoy the view of the water. Would definitely stop again if we are ever in the area again.

The sandwiches here are fantastic.
The dining area is very noisy, not a great place for conversation during the lunch rush.
My wife and I each had the chocolate chip cookies. We found them to taste like they were from a bag mix with tiny chocolate chips, we'll try a different cookie next time.
This is not ment to be a bad review, we'll definitely be back.

This place is a gem of a deli. My wife wanted to go here every day while we camped near by. The food is just delightful and home made. Can't wait to go back and highly recommend.

A wonderful little restaurant in Manistique with really good veggie options! The pesto on the Mediterranean bowl was delicious, as was the Greek bowl!

We stopped here after it was recommended by our cousin. The food is amazing and the people are very friendly. The restaurant setting is also very picturesque. The bread was homemade and the breakfast we had was terrific! Our breakfast was so good that we ordered some sandwiches to go for lunch, along with some pastries. After finishing our lunch, we only wish we could take the restaurant back home with us. This place is truly a hidden gem. We’ll be back!!

Sandwich white bread was dry no flavor, meat had no taste too it. Had the Paul Bunyan and Best Ever Turkey Sub, both not good. Appearance of sandwich looked nice but tasted poorly. $15 for two sandwiches, 2 snack size chips and pickles.
The cafe staff is friendly and it is decorated nicely.
We personally won't be back because of the lack bread/meat quality (tasteless).
