Lucky Bean Coffeehouse was great! The staff was very friendly and the drinks were tasty. I got a specialty drink, the "Honey Bear." It was a chai latte with honey and a shot of espresso. My boyfriend got a classic latte. Both were excellent and we would get them again.

I think it might be an acquired taste, but I don’t care for the type of bean they use. I do like sweeter coffee, however it was still definitely enjoyable and the place had very good service and friendly staff!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They don't typically do a pour over (because of the extra time it takes) during their busy times but made an exception for me two days in a row. Thank you so much. It really made my morning to have a high quality coffee and service.

Cute little coffee place. Reasonably priced. Their Pistachio Latte is amazing!!

No details. If you do not have a preferred coffee shop, you'll like this place. It's very non-threatening and not afraid to offer different things. They do allow me to hang my poems on their bulletin board. But they get 5 Stars for their variety of coffee and other drinks beyond coffee.

Each year,we come to Mackinac, and each year we enjoy the coffee and tea offerings at the Lucky Bean! May be every day of our stay. Coffee is great, staff is friendly and efficient. I will take it over the famous chain every time!

This small coffee shop in downtown Mackinac Island is great for a pick-me-up in the morning before exploring the island. The coffee is fresh brewed expertly by the baristas. The iced coffee is perfectly refreshing on a warm day and great for taking on an expedition around town or into the trails of the park. The caffeine boost will get you ready for a long bike ride around the island if you choose. There are also a selection of pastries available too.

I really don't know what I expected buying a smoothie from a coffee joint. I spent $5.75 (plus a $2 tip) to get a 24 Oz smoothie. I wouldn't be so upset if it was just made poorly; not blended well, small fruit chunks, etc. But this smoothie tasted straight up awful. I would've been more satisfied blending a snow cone and adding milk. The signs says they use "fruit puree" but it tastes like flavoured corn syrup. For the price I paid you'd think they would spring for real fruit, ESPECIALLY considering you only need about 1 Oz of real fruit per 6oz of ice for a good smoothie. Not to mention it tasted like there was Splenda in it (which I don't consume for health reasons). The sign also said they put whipped cream in their smoothies which I'm assuming contributed to the general awful taste. Anyways I don't know what their coffee is like but you're much better off getting smoothies elsewhere or making your own. Worst $8 I spent on the island.

AMAZING COFFEE! This will be my go to from now on when on the island. I could drink their Sumatra all day. The service was top notch. It is a must if you ever go to Mackinac Island.
