Biggby Coffee

Their products are so-so, sometimes the cream will taste sour in the coffee. Prices are high, so I only go on Wednesdays, because I can get BOGO. I gave it 4 stars because the customer service is GREAT.

Every coffee I've gotten in the last few months tasted like lemon cleaner. I don't think they flush all the sanitizer out before start the day. Or they are using too high a concentration. My husband notices it too and his taste buds are chemically burned from all the processed sugar he ingests. Other than the poor machine flushing, if you like chai that tastes more like bubblegum than spice, this is your place. Not being from the Midwest, I'm not into it. Try to support locally owned coffee shops, you guys.

They would not take a $50 bill. Cletk explained if counterfeit she wpuld have to pay for it herself. Our bill was a third of the 50. They lost our business. What is wrong with companies nowa day. Can't buy a counterfeit marking pen.

The lady at the window was wonderful, but we ordered their strongest brew and received flavorless, weak coffee. This must be the place people who don't really enjoy coffee go to get some caffeine.

Busy in the summer with Ludington visitors. Seem to handle the crowds decently. Wasn't happy with the yogurt parfait blueberries seem very old and smushy. I asked for another one and they said all the view berries were the same and any more were frozen

Great coffee and friendly staff. Just ask and they'll try to see that it works out well. PS. The brewed coffee is self serve. Don't complain about the fact that they trust us not to take the coffee pots with us.

Awesome chai and other drinks, as well as some good items. Very pricey, but it's a nice indulgence once in a while. Too expensive for every day... Otherwise they'd get 5 stars 😁

Great crew, fast service and good coffee. Attention to detail and correct order every time have been my experience. Just kinda expensive...

Wow. I joke that Biggby doesn’t know how to make a hot cup of coffee, but they outdid themselves today. Visiting Ludington and made the mistake of trying them again. Mocha was barely room temperature. Dang people, learn to make a HOT cup of coffee.
