Biggby Coffee

Seriously the B E S T biggby coffee location I've ever been too!! Such a sweet lady at the window when me and my husband came through the drive thru. She answered all our questions about the area (we are thinking of moving here) and never rushed us off. Other lady working was very sweet also. Good Job upper management!!! You've got a great team here!!

OK...I’m a local...but I have lived in a HUGE city served by Starbucks.
The people at Biggby seem to be a nice bunch and they EVENTUALLY get your order to your hand.
However...they are going to get CRUSHED by Starbucks when they open across the street.
Biggby employees are too busy goofing around and not paying attention to the organizational details that Starbucks EXCELs in.
My advice: make some substantial improvements to customer loyalty and market share, or prepare to be run out of business. It will be a fast and ugly failure when SB opens otherwise

Good coffee, good variety, pleasant baristas. Cup of basic brew is 2 dollars with tax and they serve a good variety including locally available beans (like Michigan cherry!). Very fast service, make sure to leave a tip, they deserve it!

We were in town for a few days and stopped in a few times. The young women working were always polite and smiling. Service was prompt, and the coffee was good. Brewed coffee WAY better than Starbucks.

A weekly visitor by far and I'm delighted to relocate from TN with a local spot for my am caffeine fueling station. Since day 1 the baristas are friendly....most definatley personably recognizeable are Katie & Miranda!

On one of my 1st consecutive visits they took a moment to say hello, and made a mental note of my favorite specialty to boot!

Stopped here pretty early on a Saturday morning on my way to the airport in GR. I got a huge black coffee with the teensiest amount of ice and it was perfect! Still hot but not lava straight from a volcano hot. The customer service is perfect and a regular coffee is pretty cheap! I think I paid $2 for a large. Just a heads up-it can be difficult to leave their parking lot if you're taking a left on US-10.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! They have gone above and beyond each time I visit. The food is always fantastic along with the drinks. If you don't know what to order ask for their recommendation, they have never steered me wrong!

Biggby is the best coffee place in the entire world to go to. The make your order right and exactly how you want it. The staff is caring and remembers you every time you come in even after your first visit. I will never go to another coffee place besides Biggby for the rest of my life.

Stopped for coffee on my way to work waited in drive thru 20 min behind one car, one person ...I pulled to the window and asked how long it would take because of waiting 20 minutes I'm late for work they refused to serve me ...I'll NEVER go back

I’ve been going to the Ludington Biggby almost every day for the last year. I have never had a bad experience. The staff their is always polite and friendly, my order is correct and delicious every time.
