Biggby Coffee

Drive through girls were very sweet and I got my order quickly. Butter Bear is the best!

Bigby Coffee staff are some of the friendliest and personable staff I had at any coffee shop...they make me want to go get a coffee there knowing I will be treated with respect and greeted warmly.

We were really disappointed with this store.

First, we were the only customer in the drive through. No waiting at all.

Second, the person taking my order could not understand I just wanted a coffee with a little sugar. She kept repeating my order back incorrectly. In the end, I just ordered a black coffee. My girlfriend even noted how difficult it was to order.

Third, when I received the coffee, it was not hot. Not even warm. I discovered this when I took the lid off to pour some sugar into it from a packet I had in my car. The coffee cup was filled so much that when I took the lid off it then proceeded to spill all over me and my center console. This so far was a very frustrating experience.

Fourth, we go back through the drive through (the inside was closed for whatever reason). I explain my coffee was cold, and they gave me a new one. The workers said they had just brewed it. This turned out to be not true. Perhaps their coffee machine had broke. But this was not even close to a hot cup of coffee.

We decided to drive away without going back. Poured the coffee out in the parking lot and shared my girlfriend's drink.

What is going on here Biggby? Next time I'm in Ludington I'm going to Starbucks across the street.

While I do with they had more food options, you can't beat their variety of coffees. Friggin' delicious.

I always hit Biggby when I'm in Ludington.

I love me some biggby coffees, I always get a frozen butterbear/teddy bear and they always make it amazing. Plus, the baristas who work there all have great customer service skills, and their sandwiches are to die for

Love the coffee here. It is the best place to get coffee in Ludington. Sign up for the rewards and every 12 points equals a free coffee. All the employees are very nice. It may seem expensive but totally worth it. Also if your looking for a place to get some work done dine in and enjoy sitting inside with the beautiful smell of coffee

Once Starbucks opens I’ll never return here. They never get drinks right. If you order a matcha it taste like water. Try to order a bagel? Forget it. They are either frozen or the machine is off. Order a frozen creme and there is no flavor. It taste like nothing.
