First time visiting this place last night. I live within 3 minutes from the location on Portage road, so I always go there, but I will go out of my way to come here, I absolutely loved the atmosphere.

This is the worst Biggby I have ever been to. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never go to this location again. They cant get the drinks right and then when they make them wrong they blame the customer.
