BIGGBY COFFEE

I come to this Biggby 4 or 5 days a week, and the staff are always SO nice, very quick, and do a great job on my food & coffee orders. It seems they are constantly busy and they do a great job handling it!

I ordered 2 butter bears, sorry we don't have frozen blend? I also ordered 5 pup cups, half cups when everywhere else I go...full. Its whipped cream guys and we spend $7+ on a CUP of coffee. I don't usually visit this location, won't be going out of my way to go back ;) I know it's bad times so I don't want to base service in something mgmt could have made a decision

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through and there were only three cars ahead of me. I ordered a peppermint tea. Went inside the other day and waited 20 minutes and we had to remind them we ordered sandwiches. They need some training here!

Great coffee. Super cute space. Very friendly staff. We had a caramel marvel and a butter bear. Both were great. We'll definitely be back nice time we're in Kalamazoo.

We wish we had a Biggby Coffee in Cincinnati.

Horrible customer service. No care and just want to close. Waiting in line and the cashier (young women) handing the drinks out, dropped one out the window. Just no care or associate is honestly heavy medicated. Got my drink and it was wrong. Called to explain I got the wrong drink and said they guess they could make a new one for free.

Biggy is ridiculous in general but this particular location has rude staff and zero regards for delivery service. If the service I work for suggests me to go through the drive through why after I do patiently wait 32 minutes in the drive thru would I be asked to come inside and wait up to another 20 minutes??

They made my sandwich wrong twice and then asked for the two wrong sandwiches back??? upset that it took three tries to get a three ingredient breakfast sandwich correct, concerned that they took food back. that’s so gross

If? You know I'm. Energy? Get the extra shot of expresso? You will be wired and ready to go, My favorite is the white lightning.

Well I tried. I waited 15 minutes for a sandwich, I never got. I had to leave. The girls at counter were nice enough, but definitely do NOT have their stuff together. Disappointing is an understatement

The best service in town. I dont always treat myself to a nice cup of joe, but always Biggby if I do.
