If you order something here, chances are high that they’ll be out of something that’s necessary to complete your order. They’re also SLOW. Friendly staff though.

3 Staffers complaining to each other about out of stock products and faulty equipment instead of greeting me-, the only customer in the store. I told them the ladies room was out of paper towel and the MOD replied “I know.” The store had trash on the floor and my coffee was only Luke warm.

Not sure what happened here. 3rd car in line and waited 15 minutes to be handed the wrong order. After opening it, even I know I was handed the lady's order in line behind me. I hope she liked bacon and jalapeño even though she was trying to order a plain bagel sandwich.

One of the slowest Biggby chains in the area. You will easily wait 20-30 minutes or more in the drive thru. I’ve had to leave the drive thru line on several occasions, because I didn’t have time to wait any longer.
On the plus side, the employees are always friendly and the inside is nice with lots of spaces to hangout or work.

Arrived at the store at 12:05 , got my order at 12:37. Unbelievable seriously for 2 coffees & 4 bagels that take less than 5 minutes in the microwave smh . They made drive thru priority which is backwards because then you have people in front of you staring watching you take care of everything else besides their order , it’s weird if you’re that busy , have someone work strictly drive thru and someone doing in store Instead of drive thru standing around waiting on things while one girl is taking care of everything !!!!!

I had a small emergency after finding a senior I used to care for, wandering in the parking lot alone, disorientated and confused and then realized I forgot my phone at home! They allowed me to use their phone to contact police and my old supervisor. The senior needed some water, coffee, and something to eat, and I had already planned on getting a latte, but they gave it all on the house. The entire staff working that Saturday afternoon was exceptional, and went out of their way to provide upstanding customer service, but I wanted to specifically mention Reagan and Austin (hope I am remembering their names correctly and have correct spelling) who are wonderful Bigby team members, and were essential in ensuring the senior got home safely. Thank you so much for your kind hearts and selfless and compassionate actions, it means the most!

People are super nice! Drinks are good! The only thing is I can never hear them at the speaker. Im young and I cannot hear. Imagine someone with hearing loss. Every time.

I love this location so much. My husband and I get coffee and bragels a few times a week together and our akitas come with for their complimentary pup cups <3 the order is always made correct at this location and wait times aren't bad at all. We drive here because the Plainwell location is so terrible. Not just with long wait time... but more times than not, the order is made wrong and they give an attitude about it as if its our fault even though we try to be understanding because they seem to always be training. That is, if we are fortunate enough to catch their mistake at the window.. because we definitely arent waiting another 30-40 minutes in line hanging out onto the highway to get it corrected! So thats a $25-$30 loss on our part each time. We will continue driving 25 minutes out of our way for the best location around!
