Party of two. Seated quickly. Friendly service. Breakfast was very good. Large portions, good coffee and great prices.

Candi's is a surprise. From the outside, it doesn't look like much, but once inside, it is clean, very spacious with a nice set of choices.

The food is good and the staff were super friendly. My coffee cup was always kept full.

Nice place for some yummy comfort food. It's deceptively roomier than it looks from the sidewalk. Lots of seating deeper inside. Friendly staff makes it pleasant to dine in here.

Stopped in for the first time today since our usual breakfast spot was too busy. Our waitress was Bailey and she was very kind and patient while we reviewed the menu. We were super impressed that our food came within 15 minutes of ordering! Thank you Bailey! Would definitely come back. Staff seemed happy to be there and very friendly both with each other and the customers.

Omg! First rate! For good food, friendly atmosphere, Ashley, Bailey, and others make you feel like FAMILY! A LOCAL Jackson restaurant, it's a downtown staple when others have failed. Breakfast, lunch, dinner menu, but not open for dinner, closes at 2 pm. Weekend hours til 1. They serve chicken, and waffles, Scramblers, a complete menu of breakfast items, and fresh veggie omelete with broccoli on top, and even asparagus inside! Wow! Check them out, tip them all, even the cooks as they are fabulous! Great place!!!

I ordered a BLT to go. Was a little concerned when she said it'll be ready in 5 minutes because it takes longer than 5 minutes to cook bacon properly. So I pick up the sandwich I want to go to eat the sandwich later I notice there's that the bacon is so thin and wavy that it's almost like it was done by machine. I think this is the kind that's already precooked and you just open the bag and warm it up. Look at the photos you can see what I'm talking about. It tastes horrible. I've never been to a restaurant where you actually pay for bacon like this. Horrible quality horrible taste not a good sandwich whatsoever because they chose to go cheap on the bacon. This was my first visit. I was surprised at how large the chicken was. It was longer and wider than my phone. Probably 8 inches long, 4in wide, and an inch or 2 thick. I also ordered american/home fries and they were awesome, I would come back just for them. It did take about an hour to get my food after I ordered. More than half the tables were empty.

The owners of this place is far from professional they smile in your face and talk about you to each other when you leave. They use the basement as there smoking area most the time smoking cigs and weed down there after when there done, they don't even bother to wash their hands. The husband Joe makes fun of the mentally handicap that come in there to eat when they leave, he cracks jokes about their disability to the rest of the staff. if you knew the real them and their history you wouldn't spend your money there. want good food go to west end roosters anywhere else but this place. you find much better food for your buck then this place i promise.

Good was amazing, great greasey spoon! Service was extremely friendly and on top of it! Well be back!
