Stay away. BAD (rude) service and food not the same. Expect to wait an hour to be served. At least they could tell you. They don't care about customer service. Too bad. Used to be a great place under previous ownership. Try Roxy. Way better food and service.

Home style fare. Casual vibe and great service

The food was fine but we literally watched 5 families get up and leave before their food arrived as we waited for over an hour for our eggs and a pancake. Too bad, has all the vibes of a great local diner.

My friends and I have been ordering food from this Cafe for years on Saturdays. They are convenient at best because of the take out ability.
And when I say at best, what I mean is the food is horribly greasy and the portions are inconsistent. Definitely the McDonald's of small businesses.

I love their veggie omelette! Service is great! I wish they were open a little later on Sundays because of our schedule otherwise, great place to dine.

Went in to try this place out, but was pretty disappointed with the food and management. Ordered the country fried steak and it tasted like Salisbury steak fried in fish grease. When I asked if I could exchange it for something, the manager had the waitress come over and tell me I couldn't. Still left the waitress a good tip, but i certainly wont be coming back. Was looking for a new regular breakfast joint, but I'm not coming back here.

The atmosphere is very home like. Family like. Great food a great value. Will definitely be going back.

Waited over an hour for food. The kitchen had no sense of urgency whatsoever, and the guy that looked like he might be the manager just shuffled around not doing anything. The servers openly complained about very normal customer behavior; like asking for butter or jelly, or not initially stating what types of eggs wanted when ordering. There was no soap in the women's bathroom. One server was openly arguing with the kitchen staff. They were running out of items and not communicating that to the servers. Masks seemed to be optional. The place, along with the entire staff, was completely unorganized. The food was okay, but lacked seasoning. I will not return to this restaurant.

A wonderful restaurant, downtown jackson on Mechanic St. Homemade English muffin bread, little loafs banana nut bread. Serve breakfast and lunch. Had hobo hash delicious and alot. Service A 1.freindly. Took awhile to get order but we'll worth it!! Will be returning! Thank you for a wonderful breakfast!!

I love coming here because Candy and the girls are always happy and nice to be around. They take the time to listen to you and get your order correct. The food portions are outstanding and you get what you pay for and more. Best brunch ever.
