BIGGBY COFFEE

Love the Houghton Biggby. They have such great and friendly employees! We drive all the way up from Wisconsin to have coffee! LOL

Fast service, excellent coffee, great place to get some work done!

Went into Biggby for the first time today and was very unimpressed. There were 4 people working and when we arrived at the counter, the cashier ignored us and started doing something else. Afterwards, the charge for our coffee was more than advertised. The cashier told us they were going to change prices but hadn't changed the sign, and refused to honor the advertised price!! We asked to tell the manager and she seemed not to care. Do not waste your business here and support the local coffee shops instead!

I love Biggby and have been to many across the state. Two things happened to cause me to give this one 3 stars instead of 5.
1. I asked for whole milk in the chai tea, the server nodded his head, and then when we saw them use 2% they admitted they do not have whole milk. He only needed to tell us, so we could choose almond milk or something else.
2. The lady making the lattes was banging the milk pot on the counter...tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. Why? Never seen this in the many visits I've made to a coffee shop!
Despite these two minor things, the coffee was delicious and the servers warm and friendly.

Waiting for a family member, nice place to relax.

They respected my time and made my order right quick. I always find myself leaving this store in a better mood than when I arrived, I'm recognized as an individual at the store, and my beverage is consistently high-quality.

Cute little coffee shop that always provides fast and friendly service. I love their mochas and golden lattes. Easily 5 stars.

They are always so nice here! They've never gotten my order wrong either. If you don't know what you want they are also very helpful in their suggestions. Overall great place!

Starbucks rules but if you're in Houghton, there isn't one, so this is your replacement. Make sure you turn into the driveway just AFTER the building it shares with Jimmy John's. (This was Burger King once upon a time, I'll never forget that)

My husband loves this place but I think it's a little watered-down. I like to taste more espresso.
