I accidently spilled my entire drink in the store and the employees were extremely kind about it! Thank you staff for being so awesome and forgiving.

Staff was super nice and very patient.

Well, today's trip was soso. I ordered a pumpkin cheesecake latte. Perfect for fall and tastes perfect for fall!!!🍁🍂☕🎃Sip, I'm very happy!!😊 My daughter, on the other hand, ordered a cotton candy freeze and got some cold coffee nasty tasting drink. I'm pretty sure the guy that made it was being trained in, so I understand mistakes, but that drink tasted like 💩🤢

Not much good to say about this place. I came here on a Saturday evening and wanted a bagel, the barista said “oh sorry I shut the toaster off already.” It wasn’t even near closing time. That made me annoyed, and also if you want a tasteful drink I’d highly recommend not going here. Overpriced coffee water. Go to Steep and Brew! They ACTUALLY have good coffee and a drive thru!! 😄

Very expensive coffee. It's the equivalant of drinking two deserts in one meal. It's very good and the food is good but be aware. And it's consistent across the board. It's roughly 5 bucks a coffee. The ladies were sweet who worked the place! 5 stars for them

Great coffee shop. Fast service. I recommend the “Wild Zebra” it’s not on the menu... but they know what it is. Get it iced or hot with an extra shot of espresso. Also I love the everything bagel.

The staff are wonderful and I love the food and drinks :) I wish they had a drive thru, but I know that's out of their control.

I am a tea drinker and do not like coffee. I don't know who decided to switch the tea, but I'm not happy. My husband and daughter love the coffee, but we will not be stopping as much because of the tea selection. PLEASE go back to the previous tea selection.
