It can be busy at times but it's a very cute coffee shop the coupons they mail out give really good savings

Busy place..great coffee selection and knowledgeable staff really helped with selections..pricey but so worth it

First let me start by saying I am a Biggby lover ..i have been to over 25 of them all over the state.
Houghton was So Dirty. I am a restaurant worker myself and I'm appalled. The counters and windows are awful. The customer ahead of me put her child's behind on the counter while they were waiting. I thought this might be a catalyst to a cleaning with a bleach rag but OhNo!!
Look at the towels they are using on equipt. Which is completely illegal with the health department. Owner and Employees you should be ashamed!!! Hang your head.

Didn't get their names, but the 2 girls at this Biggby Coffee were great. The greeted every customer with a big smile welcoming you to their store. They also engaged the customers in conversation. One of the best Biggbys I have been to.

Great openers and closers. They are really nice and I like my experience. Last night I went on to get a blueberry bliss and it was an item I loved with a passion. According to this morning I have gotten a coffee and I am enjoying the peace and tranquility that this place gives off. Very friendly employees and they are very helpful. There is a window seat where you can sit and see the whole down town area and it's a perfect view. Nice little spot to enjoy your beverage. 💯💯💯

Chain coffee place. Staff is mostly young college kids. Friendly atmosphere. Nothing special.
