BIGGBY COFFEE

Mostly quiet if you need to study and the coffee is hot. Staff is usually more occupied with their job than customer interaction but are never rude.

Good regional chain, at least on par with Starbucks. Nice promos like 2 for 1 on all drinks on Wednesday and extra shots free on Friday.

Love the coffee and snacks here. Staff was helpful and nice. Clean store.

The baristas here are so friendly!! They offer suggestions and small talk. When you enter here, they're welcoming you.

Hours should be corrected if there has been a change. Came in at 6:30 am and the store was still closed, not a single employee in sight :/

It's biggby, good coffee at an expensive prices, and it's not worth ordering anything but coffee there because it's just to expensive for the quality and quantity of the food. In my opinion they don't even have the best coffee, if your looking for great coffee go to Big Boy

I have been to almost every Biggby in Grand Rapids and Northern Indiana and this branch is BY FAR the best! Best coffee and staff! :)

Very friendly employees are helpful in helping to select a drink. Love biggby, Wednesday's are buy one get the other free.

Service is great! Everyone is super friendly and they get your coffee done really quickly.

I just love variety they have. Them Baristas they had working today were awesome.
