BIGGBY COFFEE

Very helpful batista. Ordered a special brew coffee and gift card for a friend's birthday.

It's alright, but unlike other Biggby locations, they didn't let us manage how many shots of espresso were in our drinks.

Great coffe, fast service, nice atmosphere. Also, fantastic music! This is a great place to meet up with friends, or just get a little alone time.

Extremely disappointed. The girl who took our order was clearly not interested in anything at all, and had zero attention to detail. Then she gave us nasty looks and comments when they got our order wrong. Off to Starbucks we go.

Love the extensive menu! Free espresso shot Fridays are a great bonus. Friendly staff and quick service every time.

Ivanrest Biggby is the BEST! The employees are amazing! They are the best at making drinks (especially iced coffee) and they are so kind and friendly. Not sure if I look forward to the coffee or seeing the employees more!

I ordered a 20oz, oat milk latte. It felt light but i didn’t think much of it. After we drove away I opened the cup to find that literally half of the cup was just foam! Seriously so bummed out! Had I wanted a 10oz drink I would have ordered a 10oz drink.

Great as usual. Broke out of my rut and tried the Chocolate Covered Leprechaun latte and it was awesome. Highly recommend it. The young lady that took care of was really nice. Great experience!

I'm very disappointed in the big B's throughout Grand Rapids they do not have open lobbies. I've ridden my bike and was unable to get anything to drink because they wouldn't allow me to go through the drive-thru. There is a store on ivanrest near 44th Street staff is absolutely amazing Lobby is open 2 anyone that wants to use it.

They have the BEST staff by far. They are super friendly, accommodating, and kind. My favorite part about going there is seeing the employees (and also getting an iced coffee with caramel and cream).
All Biggbys are good but Ivanrest is best.
