BIGGBY COFFEE

I may be a bit biased as I used to work at Biggby, but I have nothing bad to say about it. Service was slow but we had also ordered a lot of complicated drinks and we were 5th in line. No complaints here :)

My order is never ever right and we order the same thing every time. I love the Biggby’s in Muskegon but this one is just awful. The service is slow every time even if you’re the only one there and the workers are extremely rude. There is one girl in there that is so nice every time and I wish I knew her name. But every other person I’ve came in contact with needs a class on customer service.

Staff is always friendly here! I have only had 1 or 2 orders be made incorrectly in the 2 years I have been going here which is impressive to me compared to other local places. Overall, great quality coffee for a competitive price!

Bigby is just always good. Not sure why drinks are diff every time I go. But still taste good. Need more meat on the bagels tho

Love this place. If you want a fresh and clean environment with a nice bold cup of joe you have found the right place. My personal favorite is a plain latte made with coconut milk....tastes like a sweet latte without all the added calories!

I love biggby and I love a drive thru coffee. But sadly I will begin going to the Starbucks in Meijer and give up my biggby addiction. I have been to this location multiple times in the last month to find the staff not wearing gloves or masks. I get it, masks are political now... But shouldn't you be wearing gloves when you touch my food and top of my cup anyway?! They mess up my order 30% of the time anyway. I will be going elsewhere.

Music is way too loud. I got a cinnamon spice tea and it was barely warm. A group of us bus drivers came. Each of us had a complaint about our drinks. Won't go again!!

I live in Illinois. When I come up to visit my daughter this is our to go place to get coffee. So good.

I work there so I might be a little biased. But I absolutely love it there. I enjoy the work atmosphere and the people who work there. I love the drink variety and how there is something for everyone, including non- coffee drinkers

I got a frozen coffee and there was glass in it. Called the store to tell them and was told "thanks". Didn't even offer to refund my money or offer me a new one. I spent 6$ on a coffee I didn't even want to drink. Never going back.
