Update: here we are on a Sunday, father's day and per usual the line is out into the road and across the street into the Ford dealerships driveway. We have not moved in 15 minutes. If it was not for a surprise drink for my husband from our kids......I wouldn't be waiting this freaking long.
Never enough staff. Always very long wait times in both drive thru and inside.

I started going there every morning to study for my classes. Since the first day I went in there the people were friendly and helpful (I do not usually drink coffee so the assistance was helpful in finding what I would like). Yhe music and various sounds of brewing coffee made for good white noise while I was working. The only difficult times are when it is very busy.

Best frozen coffee hands down!

I honestly don’t understand why I always have to wait so long here. The Howell locations will have the same amount of people and I will wait 5 minutes max. At the Fowlerville location, I’m always waiting at least 10-20 minutes. So frustrating.
