Biggby Coffee

Just recently moved out here. good to see that there's a big bee that's accessible right off the road near my house. Consistently visit there and their staff are second to none. They always go out of their way to make our drinks perfectly and if something happens they never have a problem fixing it. One downside does have to be the weight sometimes but you pretty much get used to that with any coffee place you go to these days. Typically get either a decaf coffee or Frozen latte. Both which are very consistent. They also work well with dietary restrictions as best they can.

Extremely rude from the start l. Paid for extra add ons. Overheard one barista attempting to confirm add on’s, to the barista who took the order m, & she says “I don’t know or care, I think?”. Before the window even closed. Ordered toasted bagel. Got cold bagel, and wrong cream cheese.

The girls are always friendly, they look after me and my pups everytime we come through. It takes a while to get served but good things come to those who wait, and gosh darn it they got some good coffee. To Becky (or should I say karen) who was mad about them asking for tips then went to Google to vent... grow up. If your to cheap to tip just politely say sorry and drive away. It's not a requirement nor do they impose that it is at the time of checkout.

I enjoy the coffee, however at this location the girl working the window asked me if I'd like to give a tip on my card. My immediate response was "no" considering the criteria for what deems a tip necessary are for workers who do NOT make a competitive hourly rate. Fast food workers can easily earn anywhere from $14 to $15 per hour, not to mention I drove to you. That must be a heck of a racket to stand at a window and collect money by putting people on the spot by asking them for tips all day. Low class move Amber.

Just went through the drive through and the two girls working were so friendly and professional. Not to mention my drink was delicious!!! Highly recommend the strawberry shortcake freeze <3

The staff there is always polite and accurate. I’m grateful to the owner that shows up for community related events and meetings. Shows that he’s involved and cares about our town. In response to the very angry person in the previous review, if you would rather not leave a tip then simply say no thanks, move on with your day. Carrying all that anger seems like quite a burden. I hope you can let go now that you got all of that off your chest.

Stopped in during a road trip for coffee and bathroom break. Maranda and Ava were absolutely awesome! Thank you for your wonderful smiles and great customer service!

I always have the absolute best experiences here! Fantastic drinks, and even better interactions with staff. They are always so nice and friendly, and truly have been the highlight of my day on numerous occasions. :)

I wanted to say thank you to the 2 people who were working tonight(7/18/21). I was on my way home from Ann Arbor and came thru your drive thru at 7:08 (didn't know you closed at 7). You're employees were nice enough to let me order. What they didn't know was I had another 1.5 hrs still on the rd until I reached home. I work in the service industry and truly appreciated them making me my large Carmel Marvel. I may not make it back that way anytime soon, but I wanted to thank them for their kindness. I know the 1.70 tip I left wasn't much, but again I want them to know that it was truly appreciated.

Staff is always polite and respectful, drinks are delicious, I prefer the frozen ones. We will return
