I am not typically one to leave negative reviews but this location is always so slow. It should not take 35 minutes from the time you walk in until you get your order. Typically it is 15-20 minutes at this location. Today was just extra bad

The coffee is fine, just it routinely takes me 15 or more minutes to get it when im only second or third in line. Fix your wages and hire some staff for crying out loud.

I always have a wonderful experience coming to this business. I had the privilege of Rachel serving me this morning at the drive-through and she was up-beat, kind, and had such wonderful energy. It is rare to see ones in food service with that kind of personality as the food industry is a hard one to be in. I appreciated her service and it left a mark on me. For the most part the drinks are well blended and taste good, just a problem with the inconsistency in the hours of operations. They are normally not available till 7pm for some reason.

None of the “baristas” are competent. They work with no sense of urgency, and are very slow. They ask you verbally if you would like to tip on your card which is absolutely uncomfortable/unacceptable for a service industry worker to verbally discuss tipping. It makes me not want to leave them a thing, very gross/bad business practice. Seems to be a rotating door of employees/high turnover rate
