The coffeehouse has a very minimalistic approach. Aside from the number of pictures on the wall to the right of the door, it's pretty bland. The menu is a single sheet of laminated paper in front of the cash register and I actually couldn't find it for a solid 30 seconds after entering the building. The coffee was tasty and service was speedy and friendly, but I do think they should add more to the store.

Love Foster Coffee in East Lansing! Friendly staff and excellent specialty drinks. Do love the vibe of the store as well - very bright and open. Perfect for a coffee date or study session. Excited to have Foster in downtown EL!

Absolutely love Foster Coffee - their drinks are great, they have a unique variety and fun seasonal offerings, and their avocado toast is so good! Stopping here is a must for your EL visit.

My siblings and I were helped by a super nice and friendly girl with the most beautiful purple hair and were served the best oat milk lattes we’ve ever had. I’m so happy that there’s a Fosters in town now, will always recommend for the coffee, atmosphere and employees!

Best customer service one could ask for!! The staff is super welcoming and sweet, making the coffee shop feel very comforting and homey. They have a great rewards program, for all the coffee lovers out there! Highly recommend.

I bought a to-go latte and got immediately thrilled when taking a first sip of the smooth and aromatic coffee drink. The milk and the light layer of foam blended so well with the espresso shot and they complemented and enhanced each other’s tastiness. The best cup of latte I’ve had in EL. The barista was very friendly and the ambiance seemed to be very inviting.

Wonderful coffee and staff! I love the atmosphere walking into the coffee shop, with a very homey feel. I recommend getting the iced vanilla latte!
