The staff were super friendly and there was plenty of space to study

The ladies were nice. But I stopped in two days in a row and the coffee was not even hot. So that was strange. I got it so I could warm up. Had to heat it when I got to work.

My husband loved his coffee. I asked for peppermint tea and got peppermint flavored coffee. Didn't notice it until we were back on the interstate. Into the garbage it went

Ten minute wait for a simple cup of decaffeinated coffee, Sunday morning in between church services? Need to come up with a new word for slow.... I've got it, "hostage". Nothing fast nor really safe to consume at ANY convenient restaurant.

I've been to several Biggby's in the area now and they are all great. The coffee is fantastic. The service is always quick and friendly. It's very clean and and comfortable.

Very friendly staff and the store is very well kept. Service was quick and had a nice stop here on my long drive!

Great service at the Bowling Green location, were I shopped. I am a huge fan of their Bigsgy Chocolate Covered Espresso beans, when a cup of their brew isn't close.

When I visited this Biggby location a couple months ago I was very surprised at the lack of customer service from the employees and I was disgusted at the fact that all of the employees were sick. I don't think anyone who works with food/drinks should be making anything for the public. This stems from the poor management. It’s safe to say that I won’t be returning to this location again.
