The customer service was great! Very friendly! One of the girls there was new, but she was great and had an excellent coach that knew a lot about the store and the merchandise. ... my poodle puppy loved her Bigby puppucino btw

Baristas up sell way too much, pay attention when you're making your order, you'll agree to stuff that costs extra if you're not paying attention, also kind of slow. Additionally the crew that tends to be there in the afternoon are less than friendly, though the morning staff is pretty perky.

Dad makes us stop there every time we pass through. Smoothies are amazing, and you can check the calories if you're on a low carb diet. Staff is friendly and the place has great WiFi.

I'm not from the Chelsea area but whenever I'm passing through this is my one stop right here love this little old coffee shop great service always have smiling faces although the last time I was in there there was one girl there doing all the work and for employees kind of wandering around

The fact that Biggby's is Michigan-based is a HUGE bonus!

The espresso based coffee is really good. The self service coffe is a small step ahead of 7Eleven. They have a clean atmosphere.

It was busy but they got my food and drinks done quickly. My bragel and drink were both delicious!

My favorite coffee, friendly baristas and reasonable prices. Get a card and you can earn a free coffee. Free coffee makes me happy!

Decent service, newer location, drive thru is a little funky to navigate but doable.

I ordered a sweet potato latte, decaf with oat milk and no whip..it was delicious! And dairy free, which their pumpkin spice is sadly not.
