BIGGBY Coffee

First time visiting a Biggby and they have good stuff. Soy is an option here.

Always good. Friendly staff.

Very friendly Baristas greet me by name. They know their job and serve up my coffee perfectly. Very clean coffee shop. I'm a "regular" at the Chelsea, MI Bigby's. I give it a 5 * rating and credit the hard working young people who keep it running smoothly day after day!!!

Governor Gretchen has one wish. That is to force everyone, no matter their station in life, to be afraid of a virus that is here to stay.

The businesses in Chelsea cater to the easily manipulated and it shows.

This store confronted me about not wearing a mask which I can respect.

It was the complete disregard of my presence afterwards that was saddening.

The smiling faces disappeared. In their place was a weird sort of hesitation. A hesitation unheralded for there was plexiglass and their own masks, not to mention the time of exposure necessary is 15 minutes.

The coffee was excellent! Watching it being made is always intriguing!

But to have it handed to you sideways by a barista, not looking at you, without the typical smile or thank you took all of the fun away.

Mcdonald's may not have better coffee but at least there they make you feel welcomed.

Great food! Fast and friendly service. Store was very clean. It was nice to see so many people enjoying their food outside at tables as well!

Spring Arbor Biggby is cool! The drive thru makes it relevant in my opinion. It will be able to outlast the other coffee shops that have been and gone. The inside isn't very cozy, but it is spacious enough. Bathrooms are clean. A nice asset to the community.

I was working in the area and stopped in to get a good cup of coffee instead of going to Speedway. Got the coffee to go and headed back to the job. About five miles down the road I had a sip of coffee to find it stone cold. I don't live in the area, called the store to voice my concerns and was told the manager would send me a gift card for a replacement cup of coffee. Well it never came. Very disappointed

Great visit. Not to big on ordering complicated coffee drinks. Staff helped whip up something great, based on my poor description of what I wanted.

Every Biggby location I visit is great. The baristas are always friendly and personable. The coffee, teas, and food are delicious. It's no more expensive than any other chain coffee shop, but I believe the quality is premium!

We liked visiting the Chelsea Biggby location, but it's hard to see as you pass by unless you know where to look. It's at the corner site of a pretty big shopping plaza for the area.
The coffee was great frozen, as always at Biggby. The staff was nice and were working hard for there lunch crowd. Service was fast as it could be and there is a nice sitting area in the front and the back of the store.
