BIGGBY COFFEE

Waited in line in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. Sad, because I want to support a Michigan business, but literally every Biggby locations sucks. Maybe it’s the training?? Staffing?? Whatever it is, it needs to be fixed.

Service was comparable to none. So good.

All of our drinks tasted like flavored milk. I even asked for 2 extra shots. Won't be going back to that location.

Always fast and friendly service! Coffee is great too!

All of the employees are great. They seem to be knowledgeable. They will offer suggestions if you ask and can modify or create your drink. Pricey but all of them are.

Pros: Delicious drinks and bragels. Drive-thru window. Convenient location.

Cons: Very slow service more often than not. Frustrating website for rewards.

Always pretty quick and coffee is made just right. Love the teddy bear is so yummy!!! My son loves the kids steamer!!

Average service, slower than average line. Still produces the signature product. Drive through only.
