BIGGBY COFFEE

Usually have a good experience here but had to wait close to 15 minutes in the drive thru. When we got up there they hadn't even started the breakfast sandwich and then realized they did not have the sausage for it as requested and would ham be ok. We then had to wait while they made it. Very disappointed with them today.

I frequent Biggbys routinely. Sad to say this particular store no longer supports its veteran customers. I will no longer use this biggby coffee store when I am in Caledonia Michigan. I will be certain to share my findings with every Veterans Day veteran organization I know and belong too. Shame that a provider of such a great product chooses to disregard its veterans.

Ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies. They are the worst cookies ever. Not fully cooked. Pure junk. Can’t believe I paid over $4 for 2.

Great service, good drinks, drive-thru is rather efficient considering that is the only form of service right now. Not wattered down on flavor, like an another country wide brand...

well i just went there today because i had a bogo coupon and i've gone here before and haven't had much of a problem but today the person who was serving me, wasn't really paying attention to what he was doing i ordered 3 drinks and he only gave me two and than when i proceeded to ask where my third drink was he told me that he was out of that flavoring.as he was giving me my drinks. such rude service

Do yourself a favor and make sure you try a strawberry red bull creme freeze instead of a coffee at least once in your lifetime

Unless you fancy sitting in a grocery store, BIGGBY's in Caledonia is the only "Cafe"-type coffee shop within a 20 minute drive.

Fortunately, it's clean, modern, and comfortable. Service is good as well which made my most recent stop a pleasent one.

Only gripe is that parking can be a challenge at times. Granted, there's a good amount of overflow across the way but it's a downside nevertheless that could be an issue for those with mobility challenges.

Great coffee! I'm from Virginia and would love to have one of these. Puts Starbucks and Dunkin donuts to shame.

Super friendly staff. And they didn't laugh at me when I said I wanted a sugar bear like people do when I say the same thing on dating apps.

Great coffee, friendly staff, and tasty food, but the music is pretty annoying. Great for a drive through or as a spot to do some work out of the office with headphones, but not a good place to carry on a conversation.
