BIGGBY COFFEE

Went through drive through 7:40 , two cars ahead of me, ordered and got my latte at 8:05. Would have turned around but couldn't because cars were behind me Yikes!!! 3 staff working , thought for sure would be only one staff...no apology or reason why for the wait...had to call in to work to say I would be late :(
Maybe they had a call in? Should definitely have more staff scheduled for the morning rush. Saving biggby for the weekends.

My favorite coffee place! I love the people and my regular store has my coffee ready before i even get in the door. I love the reward program they have and often order something special for my reward. Go! You'll love it!

They wouldn't give me a military discount because I'm retired military and not active. This is the first time this has happened it didn't feel to great when Lisa told me I didn't qualify. All other biggby including this one have honored it Everytime before. I left.

I never leave reviews anywhere but this place deserves it today! I mis ordered and they were more than happy to help at no charge. Customer service is fantastic, and drinks are made with perfection! Highly recommend

Small town feel is a big chain. Always had treats for my pup when I rolled through. Super friendly staff. Wait times varied.

We tried their Maple Waffle sandwich, a Pumpkin muffin, and a Parfait. All items eere fresh, and service thru the drive thru was fast and friendly. Highly recommended.

They were very busy. 2 girls doing all of it. No problem. I work in the industry. Working fast and efficient. Great order taking, great coffee. My only issue was that I ordered a bagel, which was forgotten in the rush. I simply reminded them I had an untoasted, everything bagel. At this point the stress showed. She was frustrated, again I understand. However, that's not my fault and slamming my bagel on the counter and walking away without a thankyou or have a good day was not cool. I never said a word, one because I was upset and wouldn't have said anything productive and 2 because they were busy and I didnt want to add to a already stressed crew. I hope their day got better.

Stopped with my friends here. coffee was great and staff was awesome. very nice place with amazing atmosphere. spent some quality time over there.

Coffee and other beverages are good as always, but there are some drinks that we ordered that one of the baristas didn't know so it was a little stressful to order. But all in a good experience. Thank you again!

This "Bee" is one of the best. I've been to several, this one is always clean. Staff is professional and fast. Seems like the drive thru never rests. Either way, walk in or drive up they do very well.
