I'm giving them two stars because of the speed of service for espresso, they take orders for ice cream, food and espresso together, espresso was great, but they are too short staffed to keep up with espresso orders. It's not a quick stop for coffee.

2 years later, I have to downgrade my review. It took about 45 min to get our food, and this cannot be forgiven as they're aware of the problem and have done nothing more than put up a sign. The sign even tells you the exact time frame in which this is a problem. So... It's your fault for showing up between 9am-3pm. Yes, 9-3. In other words, normal operating hours for a breakfast/lunch bistro.
Ursa Major, your customers come to you with a basic expectation of service. You know the problem, right down to the hour. Hire an extra cook. Expand your kitchen. Buy more cookware, I don't know... Fix it.
This bums me out as the food is quite yummy and this town doesn't have great options for a quality breakfast. Looking forward to coming back and seeing this issue fixed.

Great coffee, food, baked goods and monomers ice cream! All of it was so fresh and delicious, will definitely be back

You should consider this cute little restaurant a destination in itself! Don’t miss the Sleeping Bear Latte....vanilla & Cinnamon with a touch of honey. Delicious! The Blueberry muffins were huge & surprised us with a burst of fresh lemon, and the hamburger is one of the best basic burgers you’ll have....not over cooked, fresh bun, just right. We will be back.

Delicious food, wide selection of coffees and desserts. Quaint and cozy place to have a breakfast

We came here after spending a week at Crystal Mountain. There are so many wonderful food choices, coffee drinks, baked goods, and ice cream. All with great sized portions. Their staff is extremely friendly and attentive. If you're in the area, stop in! You won't regret it at all.

Really good food! We suggest to our vacation renters to give them a try. We're 2 mins from downtown where they are located.

Stopped here for late breakfast / early lunch. Got right in and seated. I tried the pumpkin pancakes, my wife tried one of the breakfast sandwiches, and sister tried the goulash, all were very good. Unfortunately we waited quite some time for our meals. Prices are ok. I will return again.

If I could give this place is zero stars, I would. Service was horrible. My dirty vanilla chai tasted like sweetened day old coffee. I ordered biscuits and gravy . The biscuits themselves were great, gravy was horrible, little to no sausage. Plus, they added a garnish in the gravy, not good. I ended up swiping off the gravy and adding butter to them and didnt finish my food. I recommend finding another place to spend your money.

Long long time waiting for our food on 3 different occasions before the pandemic. The menu sounds really tasty but the food doesn’t live up to the descriptions. Just seems odd.
