Pennfield Ice Cream & Coffee Shop

I've been wanting to go here for awhile. When I saw that they have "Playdoh Ice Cream," I thought I'd give it a try. First off, they're doing great at social distancing and sanitizing. The cashier was wiping stuff down as I was walking in. He was very kind as well. The playdoh ice cream reminds me of superman ice cream. The brightly colored chunks in the ice cream was cookie dough. It was definitely good and for a good price!

The people who work here are very fun and energetic. Very open to new customers and finding what flavors suit you best even late at night. Left a great tip, I will definitely be coming back again sometime!

Today was our first visit. They are still working out the kinks as they just opened today. The junior scoop of ice cream was only $1.49. The ice cream was good and the place looks great. They have booths, regular tables, and bar stools to sit at. They also have high chairs for the kiddos.

What a delightful surprise! I didn't even know there was a new ice cream shop here! The staff is friendly, fun, and have great selection suggestions for the undecided.. my selection today was Moosetraxx in a waffle cone! Please forgive my lack of a visual.. I was so excited that even being the foodie I am.. neglected my photo OP and set about smashing the delectable delight post haste! 😋 Oh well.. next time gang, I promise ;)

I was surprised at how fast the service was considering how busy they were when we stopped in. Their ice cream is the best in town!

Fabulous!! Love the atmosphere! Enough seating for plenty, and very clean. Coffee, ice cream, smoothies, treats, etc. Staff was extremely friendly! They even had the Michigan football game on the big TV! (even though it's not a good game today) So glad we stopped!!

Sweet little place on the outside edge of Battle Creek area. Staff was super friendly and offered multiple samples of ice cream before we purchased (of course, this was pre-COVID). The ice cream tasted great and I loved the ambiance here. I could easily see myself coming back here in the future to get a coffee and get some work done.

Very nice addition to the Pennfield area. We have needed an ice cream shop for a very long time. I wish they were open earlier during the week so I could stop for coffee on my way into the office. 7:30 am would be great. Nothing better than a fresh cup of coffee and a muffin to get your morning started.

Love it cause they have at least one dairy free option for lactose free people. It's clean and spacious. Not fond of the check out process. Great place to get your ice cream fix ☺️
