Gloria Jean's Coffees Auburn Hills

My experience here was great! I had never been and the barista behind the counter was very helpful. I ordered the flavor of the day, blueberry coffee, and it was delicious! The atmosphere was wonderful for me to sit and read, and the facility was clean. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a more local coffee shop rather than big chain. 10/10!

I went and got the everything bagel with bacon, egg & cheese and that was great. But that drink…. Oh my god! The s’mores chiller, it was absolutely amazing!! This little coffee shop is amazing! Beautiful on the inside, awesome food and drinks, and the staff is amazing! 100/10 recommend.

For the past 17 years, I've driven past this local coffee shop; went school across the street, but I've never gone inside. Now it looks like I'll be here every day. The coffee is top notch, and the pastries are decadently delicious. If I could, I'd give more stars. Gloria Jean's came up when I googled "locally owned coffee shop." Today’s pick was the best decision.. Keep up the good work, you guys are not fantastic, you’re ‘Glorious’ :)

This place is really nice. The design is well thought out and there's plenty of seating. The giant raised bench table seats at least ten people. The cup of coffee is superior to most other places I've been and he wifi works well!

Very tasty coffee and muffin for under $10. Batista is super nice. Laid back environment.

This coffee was so good! Very friendly staff and cute environment.

Not impressed with the communication skills from the barista who served us. Ordered 2 cold brew pumpkin spice coffees and there was no sweet foam available which was not communicated until AFTER they were made. Not to mention a few days prior tried to order coffee on Sunday and there's no closing hours listed and was told that we would not be served.

If you do not have something available then it should be communicated before being made.

I'm not going to say that the service is poor but it definitely needs some adjustments in the communication department.

What a wonderful coffee shop! The baristas are great and there are lots of delicious pastries. I had their earl gray tea late with oat and it was delightful.

You know is hard to have a good espresso here in the states especially when you spend years in Italy. I got a espresso at this place and it was delicious! I use Starbucks a lot because is everywhere and their espresso sucks compared to Gloria Jean’s! This espresso was just like the one I used to have in Italy! I hope they open one location closer to my hometown. Keep up the good quality! Definitely I’ll be back when in town.
