Gloria Jean's Coffees Auburn Hills

Always thought of Gloria Jean as a cut above the other coffee shops. However, I think there's room for improvement on training the counter staff on the various grinding settings. Bought a pound of Pumpkin Spice today and asked for it to be ground for a Keurig machine reusable filter. Got home and found the coffee ground into a fine powder like is used in espresso machines - completely no good for my machine, and no good for the regular coffee pot I have.

Coffee was hot and delicious, and the lady working the shop was very kind and helpful with the ordering process as a first time visitor🥰🥰

Good coffee, but DO NOT eat cookies. No bakes had fuzzy mold on them, and Russian tea cookies were so old that they tasted rancid....🤢

Great barista! She made a custom tea and it turned and it was delicious!!! Very friendly and attentive.
