Great coffee, great service and pastries were delicious.

You didn't refund the item that you didn't have. Next time refund item if you're out of it. Also the sticker on the lid is too sticky to drink out of it. Food is yum though thanks

Coffee is good, absolutely lovely environment. I've never tried the pastries as they look quite stale and unappetizing but who knows, looks can be deceiving. I do not make a habit of leaving negative reviews but this place continues to astonish me with the absolute lack of customer service. The majority of the staff here are so absorbed in their daily trifles of servicing one machine or another and do not so much as look up at the clients waiting in line. Is a simple "I'll be right with you" that tall of an ask? Is fiddling with the card reader such a gargantuan task as to preclude the baristas from displaying even the most basic of acknowledgments. It’s a shame as the coffee really is quite good and the general atmosphere lends itself to a want of spending ones leisure time sitting about and enjoying the rich aromas and pleasant views from the large windows. In all fairness, there are a few gentlemen working here that are rather amiable if not outright jolly. I’ll have to remember to only stop by when they are at the counter, otherwise this place henceforth will have to be a hard pass.

A very laid back, spacious cafe - Brew on the Grid has a small but enjoyable menu of a few breakfast and lunch sandwiches along with a pastries and my favorite, the bombolinis.
There's coffees and smoothies as well, but a full breakfast plus drinks for 2 can add up rather quickly for how small the actual sandwiches are.
The food is decent but nothing special - and ultimately Brew is more of a place to go for a nice light bite to eat while enjoying the view and relaxing ambience.
They also have some of the least comfortable metal chairs I've ever sat in, so go with the couches if available.

A favorite coffee shop with a clean, comfy atmosphere. Perfect for a client meeting or searching MLS all afternoon 🤣

Great spot in the heart of Worcester to recharge, either on-the-go or as a quick landing/meeting spot

The eggs looked like precooked discs. The avocado toast is grocery store bread with what appeared to be smooth, liquidy guacamole from a bag that was starting to turn brown. The coffee tasted burnt.
The barista was very nice and so was the interior of the shop. Just don't recommend eating there... I don't like to leave bad reviews, but we straight up left and went to get breakfast somewhere else. It looks upscale, but the ingredient quality is school cafeteria level.
